I think, worryingly, that he believes that if he screams "BUT IM A GUUUUUUUURL" long and loud enough it will inure him against repercussion and suspicion, more so than honestly believing women are blameless. I think he sees rough waters on the horizon for some of the shit he's pulled and he's shielding himself. I also think the brain tumor talk is part of the same ploy.
This reads as smart, at least insofar as realizing society (especially Canadian society) is in such a place that an ill trans woman will not be questioned on much by the general public, at least not publicly, which is all he cares about, until you realize how transparent he is, and the fact that he can't (or won't) stop poking the bear even as it continues to wake up with its stomach growling. He's going to push the wrong person too far. It's just a matter of time and fortune that what he ultimately does isn't harmful toward someone too vulnerable.
I'm not kidding at all when I check this thread every so often with hopes of posts with news stories stating that he was beaten or killed.

1. He gets a thrill in forcing people to say something that both he and them know is not true. Typical NPD stuff.
2. He's trying to bait people into "mis_gendering" him online so he can get them banned. Again it's that NPD power thrill he's after.
I kinda almost feel sorry for Johnny...he's such a total all round shitheel that there is no way his life has a happy ending.

I think you're right about that. He uses this stuff as a shield to protect himself from any accusations of wrongdoing. He thinks he can harass and taunt anyone he wants, and when they retaliate, he can just throw out "you're transphobic"/"you're bullying a sick person" as a way to both avoid blame and punish them even further.
This whole exchange with Charlotte was just taunting her to try and get her to say something that could be construed as transphobic. He just wants revenge on someone who cockblocked him yet again from living out his weird fetish fantasies.

I think he knows he isn't winning any favors with anyone, he just doesn't care. Why should he? Nobody else matter besides Jonathan Yaniv in his mind.
