I am curious. How is the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms view in most of Canada? Does it have mainstream support or is it like one of the many fringe groups we have in the states?

I've never heard of it before and I do follow the news somewhat closely. Looking at their case history I think most Canadians would consider them quite a bit more socially conservative than their own beliefs.

The X v. Hot Mess on July 9&10 is the one to keep an eye on imo. I don't remember if this was posted already but in January (links to pdf) the BCHRT had ruled to protect Yaniv's anonymity because of meanie words said by people on the internet in response to the weirdo asking for a female dick and ball wax. They ruled in favor of Jonathan Yaniv because people on the internet hurt his fee fees in a screenshot he sent to one of the tribunal members. The screenshot is not included so there's no way of knowing where it was from or if it was faked (of course it was) but here is what it allegedly said, the words so abhorrent that Jonathon somehow got Twitter, Reddit, and Wordpress to censor his name:

The Biz one is curious to me, the caption indicates that Biz wouldn't verify JY and still hasn't years later. Makes me think JY isn't as close to Biz as they imply. Previous tweets about reporting have implied that JY just knows how to milk the reporting system and isn't actually using an "in". I suspect she’s been coddling him all his life. He comes across as someone who’s never had to stand on his own two feet. All that’s changed as an adult is that instead of running to mommy or teacher, he runs to the police and Twitter admins.
