In the hospital setting, I'm sure he gets away with a lot less of his bullshit. Nurses, aides, and other disciplines have no fucking time in hospitals, and they waste none of that already overbooked time on fat assholes that want others to do everything they are perfectly capable of doing themselves. If PT and OT clear him for self transfers or supervision-only transfers, no nurse or aide will buckle his ass up and heft him around. As for hygiene, given his current mobility and awareness level, he'd get a basin of hot soapy water, a bunch of washcloths and towels, and told "I'll be back in 15 minutes to help dispose of your linens for the day". Best of all, they do it because the goal of hospital care is discharge at your best level of self-care: they make you do your own shit because it's in your best interests. Hospital medical staff are notoriously hard to lie to - even in the case of munchies, they know patients are full of shit and will do the bare minimum required when they know it's a ruse. I'm sure Jonny had been the subject of many a laughs around the coffee pot already.
Jonny, those hospital workers see right through your bullshit and are laughing their asses off at you and your mom as soon as they're out of your sight. You know it, they know you know it, so why don't you hire a "private health services" aide? Oh right, wrong color skin, typically.
I can assure you - if this fat fuck calls 911 or what ever those syrup-suckers use up there from his hospital room, he'll have his calls routed through the hospital switchboard and in severe cases his phone removed.

Yep. Agree with above posters. I think the scenario went like this: Yaniv calls 911 to go hang out at the hospital to complain about free food and have cute nursing students wipe his taint for him. Since the ER staff know him quite well after 300 malingering visits, no cute nursing students are fooled by this, and he only gets gruff veteran male nurses who tell him he's wiping his own ass because his hands are clearly able to tweet 30 times a day. Thus, 911.
Yaniv is a huge pain in the ass, but not the worst ER creature. The skids who deliberately spit HIV+ blood into care workers' mouths are the worst.

Here's the thing: Most REAL trans women would want to be sure that whoever was waxing them wouldn't damage their body because hate 'em or not, their balls will still hurt if fucked up.

Perhaps they should be allowed to show photos of botched waxes to show the extent of the damage that can be caused when waxing is done incorrectly. It's not just that it will be more painful and bruise if done incorrectly, large areas of skin could actually be torn clean off. Also, he's diabetic so he's already contra indictated to waxing. I'd like to think Canada would be like the US in that someone calling 911 from a hospital -- especially a hospital bed or bathroom -- better be calling about an actual emergency or else the caller would be BTFO'd about improperly using 911 and wasting critical resources on frivolous non-911 matters.
More importantly, why wouldn't someone just call the specific floor/unit's direct number or even the general switchboard number and asked to be routed to the appropriate nursing station if there was no immediate way (ie. a call light/rip cord) to get immediate assistance?
Details such as these are why anyone with critical thinking skills disbelieves most of what JY says and posts.

It’s not outside the realm of possibility that the nurses take a while to answer his call bell. He still has no business wasting 911’s time, but I’d bet the nurses are real over his shit and take their time responding. It happens a lot with these wastes of space.

Men see guys like this as basically humorous and pitiful. That's a luxury, because women can't do that. A guy who talks like that is three steps from wanting to wear your skin as a suit, and even if you're a buff as hell woman and he's flabby and out of shape, he could inflict serious damage on you if he chose to. The scooter and "I can be here, I'm a WOMAN, it's MA'AM" attitude are the perfect ways to get into a situation where a woman has let her guard down and doesn't think he has the physical capabilities to hurt her that he has.
The illness fakery is especially troubling to me for this reason. His nonsense idea about paralysis that comes and goes with no reason detected is calculated to make it so he can stay totally "paralyzed" right up until he's with a woman he wants to assault, at which point he gets up and moves as well as anyone his size can. Nightmare scenario for a public bathroom, right there, the handicapped stall being taken up by JY waiting for a victim. No one's going to challenge someone in the handicapped stall for how long they're taking, he could hide out for ages and would love it.

Fucking awesome. I know the intersection at 203rd and 88th quite well. my best friend IRL lives only a few blocks away, and we've done the drunken stumble to Raunchy Ron's ( what we call McD's, even though Ronald McDonald is almost a forgotten legacy by now) for some booze absorbing junk carbs many, MANY a time. I might well have seen this depraved fat tranny fuck in there before I knew what he was.
Our next visits will be with only two things on our minds: One is a disgustingly huge load of fat and meat wrapped in a covering too small to stop it leaking out of the sides, and the other is a Big Mac n' Fries combo.

Edit: can we please take a moment for the defendant’s opening statement, in which they stated that gender identity is psychological but sex is biological, the genitals remain the same regardless of how Yaniv perceives his gender and “they’re not being asked to wax a gender identity.”
