It's like anything started with the best of intentions. Food stamps are meant for people that need help, and it helps them, but it also means some entitled tampon fucker is gonna try and take advantage.
I'm certain at least one person has been genuinely helped by this board, but the insane rules they set means it's super easy to take advantage of.

Except there is already a place for this, it's called court. This is like having foodstamps and Section 8 for poor people and then having an honor system ATM too. Why the hell does it even exist?

Likely to try and weed out bullshit cases. We've already seen Yaniv drop a case the minute he realized his pedo shit would be outed, and I'm sure there's other cases like that every day.

We have that in the US too. It's called retainer fees. Take it to small claims court if it isn't worth hiring a lawyer over.

It was stated before, but Canadian healthcare works on the triage system. If Yaniv's doctors actually thought there was something wrong with him besides malingering, he would be in an imaging machine and in contact with a specialist or specialists plural within hours to days. The 'June 2020' thing just proves that his docs don't take him seriously. They'll give him an appointment a few years down the road they can bump a few times, let him LARP if he actually shows up, and then send him on his way with sugar pills. Source: relative who was a GP in Canada.

It seems legitimately re.tarded from the outside, but the Canadian system does it this way because of two reasons:
1. the off chance that lardy actually does have something wrong with him, so they need to cover their asses from a legal standpoint with due process.
2. because as annoying and disgusting as he is, it's better to have him in the system and accounted for than not. The goal is to save the system money, and if they turned him away and then Yaniv fell through the cracks only to resurface later as a snaggle toothed tranny crack whore committing petty crime and shooting up dope, it would be more expensive than the current situation where that fat potato greases up a senior's condo on his mom's dime. He is relatively stable (as in, not homeless and not mainlining fentanyl) and not institutionalized, and that's the situation the Canadian health system wants to maintain as long as possible. Jails don't produce money in leafland. It's the exact opposite in burgerstan.

To non-leafs, it seems obvious that Yaniv should be denounced as the malingering pervert he is. But this would never happen in leafland. Leafs cannot bear direct confrontation. They are a passive aggressive folk. But from what I know of the Canadian system, he is being dealt with in their underhanded fashion.

That said, he is absolutely a disgusting pervert and I am torn with what I want to happen. On one hand, seeing even the HRT slap down Yaniv would be a breath of fresh air for sanity. On the other, if they side with Yaniv and this gets escalated to Real Person Court it would cause lots and lots of people to reach Peak Troon. Just try telling the Sikhs that their wives have to touch dong or they pay a fine. Just try it. I'll stand back and watch and laugh.

Honestly, I'll be pleased either way.

Sweet baby jesus I am mad on the internet. There's no such thing as a Neo-Cervix in a MTF. This is bullshit catering. A vaginoplasty doesn't even include freaking labia minora half the time and this gd website trying to say they create the muscle structure and put it in there to create one. NO. Calling the end of a inverted penis or a piece of colon stitched to an inverted penis a cervix benefits no one. IT IS NOT. It is literally skin, there's no muscle structure there- it does not function as a cervix and it is not a cervix. If it's an inverted penis with cancer it's penile cancer, if it's a part of colon with cancer it's colon cancer. It is not, nor will it ever be, cervical cancer.

Basic gd biology. The cervix is literally the gateway to the uterus, it is an actual part of female anatomy- not some word that can be applied to the end of the stink ditch canal. It changes positions - opens and closes to allow menstruation and childbirth. Which is dictated by a hormone cycle or the hormones of pregnancy. A trans woman will not have a need for one because they don't have a uterus and having their skin tube open at one end would cause abdominal fluid to leak out or if something went heinously wrong their organs to prolapse through. If doctors aren't even creating labia minora for these pseudo-women which is cosmetic and has theoretical opportunity to be seen why the fucking fuck would they attempt to recreate a part of anatomy that would serve no function.

Whoever wrote this should be smacked, repeatedly.

It wouldn't take long at all to see a NS for a "large tumour" and the only reason they don't operate on 'em is if they're ever in a tricky spot. If it's ever causing any issues at all they'll always op or treat.

I had enough reasons to despise Jonathan but lying about having a brain tumour is a dick (no pun intended but ha) move. Even in the shitty UK if you have a brain tumour the diagnosis time is rapid AF - two three weeks tops from it being picked up on via CT/MRI to finding out forsure 1. it it's operable 2. What it is
