It's not a w3en, it's Jonathan. Cui bono, right? This letter serves JY's interest, not the public's. "If you dare to testify in court one more time..." is a transparent attempt to get out of his HRT cases. Which is interesting, cause it means he doesn't feel like his metaphorical dick's getting sucked as much as he hoped. He's resorting to courtroom drama to try to drum up judicial sympathy. He knows he's not looking good, so he writes himself shitty fake threats on burner e-mails.
EDIT: it's actually EVEN BETTER, because JY's provided an example of a credible written threat in the last few pages! He listed the victim's name, her close relationships, indicated that he knew where she lived specifically, and that he had a plan. He didn't take two paragraphs describing the victim's great advocacy work. Like it's cartoonishly obviously him.

I don't think you're being paranoid at all. This shit is clearly escalating and Jonathan is so erratic it's hard to say what he'll do next. I'm pretty sure that he's losing his mind with the same speed that he's losing his reputation. I'm actually a bit afraid of what will happen if he loses these tribunal cases. It will be huge blow and he'll have to do something huge to hang on to his sense of being powerful. He'll have to get power back somehow. The fact that it's clearly all about power is what scares me. An awful lot of heinous crimes are known to be fueled by desire for power like he's got.
ETA: I hope the RCMP really does have a file on him already as has been mentioned previously. Realistically, they can't arrest him if he hasn't done anything wrong but it's so clear he's a massive risk to public safety that I hope having eyes on him will allow them to act quickly should he actually start acting on his threats and fantasies.

Honestly its the neighbour and her kids I am most worried about. Especially if they think he is legit disabled and thus will underestimate how much of a physical threat he is to them, which is something the one and only Ted Bundy demonstrated to be an extremely dangerous thing for a psycho to take advantage of, and ESPECIALLY since he is almost certainly spending hours watching them through the creep camera in order to learn their routines.

He's always struck me as a genuinely dangerous cow, but maybe that's because I knew too many men like that when I was young. There are a lot of men out there using a "poor me" shield in public and being cruel to little girls in private, more than I think people realize.
Most of them don't go public and keep that shit in the shadows. But not Jonathan. These fear-inducing, sexually-tinged tactics, the ones that still kind of make my stomach churn with ugly memories of predators past, are now in an archived, written record.
Consider the level of absolute blood-chilling fear Jonathan is simply allowed to instill in his victims. He's ramping up quickly because it makes the women in his building afraid. He just wants to see scared women. That's why he wants mediation, so he can intimidate these women in person (it's why mediation is not recommended in cases where one party is an abuser). There are women in his building, unable to legally own any protection against this monster, who have to worry that tonight's the night he busts in and rapes and murders them while laughing about it. That's the level of psychopathy he's trying to make them afraid of.
Monsters usually keep this so far out of the public eye people don't know about it at all, and when normies are told what's happening, they deny it because the accusations seem over-the-top and crazy. Seeing it all in the open with the screenshots, the tweets, and the court summaries is so revealing. All the tactics laid out in the open, and how far one of these nutjobs will go (and how far out of their way, for all the people who say men wouldn't have to pretend to be women to take selfies in a women's room, so it's unlikely anyone would demean themselves with drag just to take creeper selfies).
I feel more and more like this guy isn't going to be stopped until he seriously hurts someone. I wonder whether he'll try to threaten the BCHRT members themselves.

Esteemed tribunal member doesn't seem to understand that Yaniv's main motivation isn't solely racism or financial gain, it's getting these women into a position where they're vulnerable and are forced to interact with him. Arbitration is the perfect case. He's being oh-so-reasonable and not a pervert trying to make the women feel uncomfortable and pressured by his presence at all, oh no. It's just mediation!
You'd think a human rights tribunal would've learnt from years of legal issues with errant nutjob fathers "wanting to be involved in " their kids' lives and making said lives fucking miserable and terrifying for kids and ex wife, being forced to humour and interact with the maniac by the courts because muh family rights.
