Consider the level of absolute blood-chilling fear Jonathan is simply allowed to instill in his victims. He's ramping up quickly because it makes the women in his building afraid. He just wants to see scared women. That's why he wants mediation, so he can intimidate these women in person (it's why mediation is not recommended in cases where one party is an abuser). There are women in his building, unable to legally own any protection against this monster, who have to worry that tonight's the night he busts in and rapes and murders them while laughing about it. That's the level of psychopathy he's trying to make them afraid of.

Monsters usually keep this so far out of the public eye people don't know about it at all, and when normies are told what's happening, they deny it because the accusations seem over-the-top and crazy. Seeing it all in the open with the screenshots, the tweets, and the court summaries is so revealing. All the tactics laid out in the open, and how far one of these nutjobs will go (and how far out of their way, for all the people who say men wouldn't have to pretend to be women to take selfies in a women's room, so it's unlikely anyone would demean themselves with drag just to take creeper selfies).

I feel more and more like this guy isn't going to be stopped until he seriously hurts someone. I wonder whether he'll try to threaten the BCHRT members themselves.

I don’t think he’d do anything premeditated. His entire MO is being able to run to teacher - he makes creepy threats because he knows he can deny any intention of actual harm, because muh protected class. He wants other people to make the first unambiguous threat - notice that he doesn’t seem to be blocking people on Twitter, he wants to get them to do something bannable.

But when he’s blindsided, he loses it quickly. He goes straight from “uhhh might die later” to “FUCKING SANDNIGGER PAKIS REEEEEEE!” I could see someone IRL upsetting him and him lashing out in a fit of tard rage.

ETA: I hope the RCMP really does have a file on him already as has been mentioned previously. Realistically, they can't arrest him if he hasn't done anything wrong but it's so clear he's a massive risk to public safety that I hope having eyes on him will allow them to act quickly should he actually start acting on his threats and fantasies.

There is an underpining of deliberate and malicious evil with Yaniv that a lot of the other cows lack. Like Breanna Wu, for all his oh so many faults, is at heart simply a pure narcissist. With JY having admitted on record to using multiple FaceBook accounts and using either stock photos or those of other people for said accounts, there's no way to rule out this threat as an act of sock-puppetry. If I recall, it's also been alleged that JY would use sock accounts to crap on Facebook pages and then contact the owner directly to clean up the garbage ... for a fee and control of the account.

This mf'er is going after kids, people with legitimate disabilities and I have never been more angry at this potato situation as I am today.

This just confirms what we've already hypothesized and observed that JY prefers to target the weak, immature, vulnerable, or anyone that is unwilling or unable to stand up for themselves. When some of the salons stood up for themselves to challenge the complaints, JY quickly dismissed those cases. When Dear Leader stated he'd love to call JY's bluff and settle things in court, JY suddenly scurries off and instead targets other providers instead.

Also, it furthers the belief that these BCHRT cases are more intended to bully the respondents than to see legitimate relief. Based on the testimony so far, I've yet to see anything that the respondents did that was discriminatory to transgendered people. So far, I've seen one waxer who won't wax any male genitalia and another waxer who only does services in her metro area and doesn't service anyone outside of it. Barring something egregious that has yet to be revealed, JY's claims appear to be one giant nothingburger and an attempt to use the Tribunal to impose JY's values on gender identity on others that disagree.

If the Tribunal process couldn't be more of a farce, it was a wow moment to see JY both ask for and receive approval to:

• Add Waxer #2's husband as a respondent, and
• Amend the monetary damage request to be double the initial value.

It's head-scratching to see both of these requests be granted without JY citing any sort of rationale or basis for either. One can hope the respondent's attorney is able to rip JY's case to shreds, especially with how flimsy it seems at the moment.

Yeah the RCMP should see them.

There is no such thing as a “true hermaphrodite,” as in, people who have functioning male and female sex organs. Intersexed persons tend to be very obviously male or female in spite of sometimes having visually ambiguous genitalia (which they don’t always have! However, they use the ICO guidelines for dealing with residential CCTV misuse. (With Privacy Law it doesn't matter that the ICO is the UK governing body because precedence is used for dealing with fines and sanctions unless specifically stated in the country Privacy law. There have already been fines issued for residential CCTV privacy violations in BC using this guidance.)

• Why do I need CCTV?
• Could I use another means to protect my home, such as improved lighting?
• Consider the privacy of others while setting up your system.
• Where will I position the CCTV to ensure minimal intrusion in to my neighbour’s and other people’s privacy?
• How will my neighbours feel about my CCTV?
• Inform your neighbours about your system.
• Put up a notice informing people that recording is taking place.
• It is your responsibility to make sure that the CCTV system is installed correctly.
• You are also responsible for all the information that is recorded by your system.
• You must make sure that the information is not used for any other purpose than protecting your property.
• You should make sure that the information recorded is used only for the purpose for which your system was installed (for example it will not be appropriate to share any recordings on social media sites)

The ones I highlighted in yellow are guidelines that he has already broken. (He has positioned the camera facing away from his property not towards it, he did not notify his neighbours prior to installation and he does not have a sign up notifying people who are in range of the camera that there is a camera there.) I know I'm being a little pedantic but it's not a peephole camera. You can see in the camera frame the outside of his door. It's like some external camera mounted to his door frame which is why the woman in my building came and took a picture of it, probably doesn't like creepy pedophile videoing her daughters in the hallway. It's important to note strata will force him to take it down because he installed a camera against a surface he doesn't own; hallways are strata property.
