Do we know what time this was posted today? Because if I didn't know better, I'd swear that Jonathan was playing "James Clugston" in the comments on that video. False equivalences, "no right to refuse" and all. Tellingly, he's the only person in comments that supports JY's case...
Although we probably can't definitively claim or prove it for now, keep in mind JY has admitted during this case to having multiple Facebook accounts. So, it wouldn't be too shocking if we later discover JY has multiple accounts on other social media platforms.
During today's "White Pill" stream Null did indeed name Yaniv as the person who probably got Deluxe to take down 1776.
Is this why Yaniv was shouting "WIN" autistically a while back? It's so hard to keep up with all the "winning" he's doing.
In retrospect, I can easily see JY making the crytpic "WIN!" gloat post about this and receiving the asspat comment from mummy dearest about it as if her darling child did something boast-worthy. Based on what Null wrote about the matter, though, the win is Pyrrhic because the site suffered no downtime from this and Dear Leader is now able to keep the site running while spending less now than before this incident happened.
There are online services that let you text via laptop using your email, at least in the States.
There used to be "web to text" sites that allowed one to use an internet browser to enter both a number and a text message to be sent to that number. Granted, such a site could be easily abused, but it wouldn't surprise me if they still exist. Still, it's possible JY's mother used Twitter DM or any other mobile messaging platform to surreptitiously communicate with her spawn during the hearing.
Sitting on the edge of my seat for this one. What could Miriam possibly find so incredibly important for the tribunal member to know?
Yes, what was so urgent that MY had to barge into the hearing after being removed? In many other venues and settings, an ejected person reentering the venue can result in serious consequences. Apparently, this isn't the case in these
Kangaroo Courts tribunals where the worst that happens is that they ignore whatever one tries to improperly communicate.
Why aren't these people being held responsible for their actions at all?
That's the big question of the day, I think. Most courts or venues that hear cases that I'm aware of have and enforce rules regarding proper behavior and decorum under threat of removal with the possibility of fines and/or jail time for contempt of court. I realize these Canadian tribunals are probably the lowest step in the legal system there, but it shouldn't be
carte blanche for involved parties and the gallery to behave badly without repercussion.
