Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Every picture and link on Char Millington's account is hidden for "potentially sensitive content". Did I fuck up my settings or is Twitter flagging her content? Everything is potentially sensitive - a photo of her with coffee, a photo of a computer, links to innocuous posts like music videos and pageant coverage. By what mechanism is twitter deciding that this content is sensitive? Is this JY's doing?

This happens if someone changes their settings to sensitive posts or whatever its called.

AFAIK this is it (I’m in a crowded bar atm and can’t listen to confirm, sorry I suck)

I archived the link but I don't know how to save and archive the video. @Null do you have it saved for posterity?

Edit:

Edited again: Thank you so much to the moderator who merged the video to my post.

I also found a mirror hosted online.

Even if at appeal this case is finally decided in favor of SG and the other defendants, there's no mechanism I'm aware of to make Jonathan pay costs.

Cousineau ordered that Jonathan pay costs ($150) against the defendants in JY vs. Various Waxing Salons. She had previously rejected Mint Tanning Lounge's application for costs because someone at JCCF boomered and posted JY's address on their website (probably in a court doc, not sure).

ETA: I've attached the .pdfs as the BCHRT website blocks direct links. Threw in X vs. Hot Mess, which is also him. Sorry @Troon Anthropologist !

I believe the original poster for the now-canceled event promoted this as "all bodies" -- presumably SJW-speak that the event would have no ableist restrictions (along with the glaring absence of parents and other trustworthy chaperons).

"All bodies, 12+" huh? So it's just an open pool for anyone teen and older of any gender or sexuality? So parents and guardians? And cis straight people? Or is discrimination legal in Canada if it isn't against a troon?

The original event was intended for ages 12-24.

Since the event was postponed over negative backlash, JY has decided to ask the TOL council to revive the event as 12+ with no upper limit on age.

With toplessness, and no parents allowed.

Some of the creepier aspects of either event's format. :cryblood:

All Jessie has to do is drop the 12+ requirement, then they can declare victory in facilitating a space where any citizen can go and swim without suffering discrimination on the basis of age, sex, gender or body type - aka "the local swimming pool".
