I know this is late, but how fucked up is it that you are legally obligated to go to these bullshit "Tribunals" This is literally as bad, if not worse, than the Sharia Courts in the United Kingdom. At least in that scenario both parties have to agree to go there ( i mean maybe at the expense of being ostracized by the community if you don't accept, but at least by the letter of the law its better)

I don't know, maybe there's something I'm not understanding here, but what is with these queentard countries and the total disregard for private rights.

Queentard countries don't have a written bill of rights. When the bourgeois left decide to shit on one group, e.g. poor immigrant women, in favour of another group, munchie trannies, then there's no limit to it. And no first amendment means they can do their best to cover it up.

See also the UK where Muslim grooming gangs enslaved white working class girls and the Establishment covered it up for decades and locked up anyone who tried to draw attention to the trials.

Basically the Establishment can decide to toss one minority to the wolves to appease another and then censor the media to stop anyone talking about it.

Another one here who isn’t keen on waxing. It’s certainly not universal among women. How successful it is depends on your hair and skin type. And some men wax. It’s certainly not something that defines women alone.

Real vaginas are perfectly capable of birthing a baby and returning to normal because they’re a complex tissue which can expand and then contract, containing muscle. Yaniv has clearly only ever encountered the one he entered the world through and wishes to crawl back up.

Yes, very true. I'm just always so fucking astounded when I see shit like this. I guess I shouldn't be surprised anymore, but damn. As much as they love to bitch about how horrible and evil America is, you can't get away with that kind of shit over here. Sure, the courts and laws might favor corporations a bit more than over there, but as far as basic freedoms go, whew I'm glad I'm on this side of the Atlantic.

Not to rain on your parade, but horrible miscarriages of justice happen all the time in the US just like they do in Canada and the UK.. this take is a little weird to me. Our country lets rapists and pedos off with barely a slap on the wrist all the time because "oh that eight year old totally looked eighteen!" or "they're good boys and we can't just ruin their lives" or whatever BS. There are whole slews of known pedophiles in government and in Hollywood who face no punishment for their crimes at all. We might not have Sharia law, but letting rapists and pedos off the hook is pretty much what we as a country / criminal justice system do.

Also re: the troon shit, just remember the massive boycott of an entire state (North Carolina) for daring to try to ban troons from women's bathrooms and locker rooms. Virtue-signalling sports teams and musicians were refusing to play there, people were canceling trips, businesses closed offices there, the whole nine yards, punishing an entire state full of people all to manipulate the state into letting men into the women's bathroom. It was totally fucked. Sure, it didn't have the law behind it, but it was no less messed up than the shit that happens in Canada and the UK.

This is what always gets me about the idiots who say that "oh, my gyno couldn't tell the difference with my designer neovag, tee hee!" Among other misconceptions, they have no idea that the vaginal canal is visibly lined with rugae: ruffled folds that provide the excess skin needed to stretch during delivery. (It's the same sort of structure that allows for temporary expansion of the stomach after a large meal.) Because yeah, it's a complex organ that covers many different functions and has the parts to support all of those many functions.

From their view, if it's a hole between the legs that can be penetrated, it's a fully-functioning vagina.

I feel like at the very least, the gyno can tell a procedure was performed. There are plenty of natal women who lack external vulva features and have scar tissue due to experiencing female genital mutilation, and there are plenty of natal women lacking uterus, ovaries, even cervix, due to experiencing complete hysterectomy. So - it might be possible to fool a gynecologist, I guess? But they won't be thinking "This is a normal intact vulva and vagina." There'll be thinking "Wow a lot of work was done up in here."

But what do I know. If the prostrate is left up there and the doctor notices other features like the lack of rugae or the unusual odour, maybe they can tell right away.

Edit: I desperately want to be a fly on the walls of the social media people in charge of the accounts for TOL, Wendy's, Translink, Lelo, etc.

Edit Edit: Of course, you can make a vulva facsimile, but removing an adam's apple is difficult and you cant change some things like giant hands, broad shoulders, or being 6'4, so most trans women are unlikely to fly completely under the radar.

It’s absolute bullshit. Humans have really good pattern recognition. Imagine you’re in a crowded square, people milling everywhere and you’re waiting for a loved one. You scan the crowds moving around. I’ll bet you can pick out your spouse/kids/parent from a distance where their features are not discernible just because of their gait - it’s just one example of how humans weigh up multitudes of small signals to create a judgement.

People may pass in 2d photos but as soon as you see someone move you know their sex. How they move, all the non verbal signals. There are very, very few people who you genuinely can’t tell their sex from a glance.

People are generally polite. Nobody is going to be blunt and cruel to someone they care for, respect and like, so decent trans people aren’t getting the truth. Nobody wants to deal with screeching and violence so troons aren't getting the truth. But almost nobody passes.

The idea that someone medically trained can’t tell from a close up look at genitalia is deluded.
