This one is a fairly well known Canadian Journalist, she hates LS, but at the same time she's aware of at least some of issues regarding Yaniv and is caveating her criticism.

Also I think this tweet gives an example of a desire in Canadian SJW circles for Yaniv to disappear from public view. They realise he's a liability, and they don't want it to get to the stage where Meghan Murphy's, and Lindsay Shepherds banning, are called into question when Yaniv eventually blows up.

Also I have a strong hope that Yaniv isn't removed from Twitter or Facebook, he's starting to bring both platforms into disrepute and clearly demonstrating their double standards, the best result is that Yaniv totters on for as long as possible.
LS is smarter and better connected than Meghan Murphy, I think she couldn't care less about Yaniv, she wants to go after Twitter. I bet you from now on every time she mentions Twitter in one of her videos, she'll put a picture of Yaniv on screen.

Oh Yaniv definitely has mental health problems, yeah.
He was in a program for exceptionals and admits to having an (undisclosed) personality disorder. His suicide baiting has gone to absurd lengths this year - trips to the ER 10-14 times a month (according to him). He's been endlessly munching through cancer scares. And the simple fact that he's been creeping on young girls since at least 2011 points to his being fucked in the head.
He's currently feeling distress over the BCHRT cases not going as planned, the demise of his always tenuous business, the mounting community loathing and declining online support he's receiving, and... sob... his doggie's dying.

I had a chat with someone at Fraser Health yesterday re: abuse of the system.
She states that the hospital JY frequents can't refuse care. They CAN refuse to admit JY though. Meaning, they'll triage and treat only in the emergency area but won't admit to a room. They also wouldn't do this to someone with a brain tumour taking up half their brain. This would also explain the hallway videos/no lives etc IN the hospital as JY is surrounded by other people with no privacy. Secondly, if someone notices JY is abusing the system repeatedly/drug seeking or causing a scene for no reason they can anonymously make a call to Fraser Health to ask for an involuntary psychiatric evaluation. They'll pick up JY up at home without mama Yaniv, transport and hold for 24 hours minimum, if more than 2 providers sign off, they'll hold even longer.
Not saying any of us will do that, but I suspect the ER staff may be close at this point.

It should be the last of the three "test" cases (the ones that'll determine whether or not Jonny's other thirteen or so HRT cases will go through), with closing arguments for all three tomorrow. I'm waiting on the edge of my seat for Elsie's notes.

Most recently, a journalist in BC was charged with violating a publication ban which can carry a penalty of $5k and/or six months jail time, according to the article. The violation involved this case, though the article has since been edited to remove the information that was under the ban.

To elaborate on this the being held involuntary is referred to as getting certified and if you get certified your life absolutely gets turbo fucked. Pretty much you become unable to get a mortgage, car loan, many types of insurance.
Being certified isn't just about being a harm to yourself and others too. They will certify you if you have mental health problems that are deteriorating, significantly effecting your life and you're not voluntarily getting help.

Yeah, not going to powerlevel, but I have some experience with Canadian hospitals.
They don’t refuse care at the ER, even when somebody isn’t covered by health insurance and can’t pay.
Even obvious drug/attention seekers get admitted as long as they can claim some sort of medical issue.
What they will do though is give the soft refusal: No beds, as mentioned above, and a veeery lengthy stay since you’re at the bottom of the waiting list, and get moved further down every time a new patient comes in.
Oh, and btw: Just because you see Yaniv in a bed of sorts, it does not mean that he’s been admitted or have a room. In some ER’s the waiting spaces where you sit and wait until the doctor shows up, have beds. It all depends on the hospital.
@sixthwave Your post left a tiny bit of room for speculation. I assume that it is a medical professional that would have to report Yaniv as a frequent flyer? (Or someone at least claiming to be?) I take it that you can’t make a phonecall because your neighbor has been in the ER six times in two weeks?

Like, the guy deserved a threadban for taking this shit off-topic, but he could have easily stayed on-topic and remained in this thread and we would have at least a dozen trigged nigs.

Interesting little bit of time travel: @sixthwave posted some Yaniv Facebook messages back in April about the cops hauling him off a bridge and taking him to the ER. The messages led off with a threat to take down Lindsay, which is a nice refresher on how long he's tried to silence her.
But anyway, he never explained what he was doing on the bridge that attracted police interest. Then in May, @JY's Tampon posted tweets in which Yaniv said he had "doctors appointments like every 2 days." He may have been dodging certification at that point and seeing a psychiatrist and social worker every week along with whatever wretched doctors have to deal with his munchie stuff.
I reported twice because nobody responded though three mods were online. I get it, you have other shit to do beside watch my reeeeeeing, yeah but show up and people won't hit you with so many requests for help.
