Perhaps I'm just pessimistic by nature, but I believe the Cousineau will find in Johnny's favour. When (if?) this happens it is going to lead to Yaniv flooding HRT with an unending stream of complaints.

Well, you know, that would violate Jonny's privacy! We have to maintain his privacy so that he can continue pretending that he has a fully functioning penis, testicles, vulva, uterus, and ovaries.. which is scientifically impossible and has never been observed in a human being... ever.. but whatever!
Nevermind the privacy of his victims when he demands demeaning details of their lives and their suffering and their discomfort about him, drags them to these shitshows where they have to justify not wanting to touch his nuts, and so on. Their privacy doesn't matter because they're women and brown.

As you can see, no documented intersex conditions involve having both fully-functioning testes and ovaries (even in cases of ovotestes, one or the other is always nonfunctional in humans), let alone testes, ovaries, and uterus, and none involve fully-functioning penis and vagina at the same time either.)

A GoFundMe should be started for one of these women or businesses that he is targeting in order to pay for a proper lawyer to put an end to his nonsense. With how many people he has targeted it would stand to be a friggin class action lawsuit against his pedo ass. They may not receive monetary compensation, but at least justice would be served if a lawyer took him to a real court.

edit. Okay, my bad. It is not all legal defense funds, but defense funds for violent crimes, "hate crimes", and sex crimes.
I can already see John getting it shutdown based on that last line though. It wouldn't hurt to try especially since this isn't a criminal matter or a real court.

If JCCF would be willing from a legal and priorities perspective to file a case like that, they might proceed if contributors provided adequate resources.
But it's possible given the way the JCCF attorney has performed in hearings, that they already plan to appeal any Cousineau decisions that go against them to get the case into the regular Canadian court system where an opinion on the Yaniv complaints might pose a threat to the HRTs themselves.
If people here want to pool some funds, they could approach JCCF (or another group) to find out whether the organization is willing to file an actual case against BCHRT and what resources would be required to carry it forward.
At the moment, GallusMag is researching whether anyone's done that before, so keeping an eye on her undead GenderTrending blog might give you some intel on whether that strategy has ever succeeded and who the lawyers were who filed the case.

In that case they all will deserve each other, and eventually JY will break cousineau's brain after his 8000th filing.
It would also make it easier for victims of yanivery to band together and move for appeals or to get the BCHRT dissolved. As many people have been fucked over by tribunals, few of them got fucked over by the same plaintiff. Few plaintiffs are widely regarded to be pedophiles, either.
I wish someone could tell the south park guys about this. They would love this shit.

Last night, @Goinglikeelsie tweeted that Cousineau said transcripts of the hearings are available to those who want them. I checked into that this morning and found that, just like with obtaining information about Yaniv's small claims court antics, getting records is neither easy nor cheap. We'd have to hire an HRT-authorized transcription service to do it for us.

The audio recordings from which transcripts can be made are not given to members of the public. Parties to the case can get the recordings on CD by filing an order with the tribunal. But a party who gets a recording is not allowed to transcribe or distribute the information in any way - so JCCF couldn't post the audio to its website or send us a mp4 - and must return the CD to the tribunal.
If it weren't for @Goinglikeelsie, looking into Cousineau's proceedings would be nearly impossible for members of the public.

You have to love how completely twisted this whole thing is, and - like the HRT in general - completely based on making things look good while not actually being good. It's all about the optics.
"We provide a means for oppressed people to get recourse against employers, etc. they otherwise wouldn't have the means to take to court" looks really good, but when the reality is "anyone can, at any time and for any reason, bring someone up for discrimination and get thousands of dollars from them, and we won't stop them even if they're maliciously targeted minorities themselves"...
Similarly, "You can access recordings of all our proceedings, we're completely transparent and open to review from the public!" looks a lot better than the reality that "You can't actually access the recordings unless you pay an exorbitant sum of money to a particular transcription service we select and wait however long it takes them to transcribe it, and you are not allowed to transcribe the recordings yourself under any circumstances."

Tim Pool is just fucking lazy, he's done no research into Yaniv, literally a single news story, and a few Shaun King Tweets (Talcom X being his real focus).
People used to laugh at Mundane Matt when all he would do is read news articles and offer his own inane comment.

Welp, here is my prediction: It’ll be sort of a split decision of sorts.
They’ll affirm his gender is protected, but find some technical reason to not rule against the ladies. Like the area one of them was operating in. Or that refusal based on not having the tools and know how to wax balls isn’t discriminatory.
Possibly even that a Brazilian wax isn’t some sort of basic human right.
Either way, Johnie boy will focus on the part of the ruling that did go his way, and be back in a few months with more cases.

I've been searching and I think others here are, too. It looks like Jonathan scrubbed or locked down a lot of family information a while back - not that he can have succeeded 100%.
The best leads I've found so far are, unfortunately, blocked off. Miriam's maiden name is Altman and there's a genealogy page with a privated profile of her and another of Jonathan's father, Yitzhak Yaniv. It can be observed from what's been left public that that particular Altman family lives predominantly in Michigan and New York, but that's about all that can be learned there. I'm too autistic to contact others named on the page. I'm easy to hang up on. We need an ingratiating extrovert for that job.
The surnames and the full names of Jonathan's parents are pretty common, and several very accomplished people are called Miriam Altman, Miriam Yaniv, and Yitzhak Yaniv, so sorting through the irrelevant material about them is a slow go. Some of it is in Hebrew no less.
