What I can remember:

He said Shepherd deserved it because she'd bullied him since November with offensive tweets about his genitalia and he was under a lot of stress. He only made one jab about hers, how is that wrong?

He allowed his genitalia to be described as male repeatedly.

He interrupted a lot and emphasized arm and leg waxes refused. He never mentioned these appointments would be met at private residences , but he did comment the women aren't license nor certificated.

She asked why would you go to someone not reputable?

He said these women denied me because of religion and culture.
He mocked SG for quitting lucrative care career because of religion saying she can no longer touch peen.

He mocked anyone who is reticent to handle male genitalia.

She suggested rather than press lolsuits, why not hold a public forum between transwomen and aestheticians

The radio host seems to be aware that BCHRT assumes guilty until proven innocent, sees that as an issue.
However, she doesn’t seem to think Yaniv is malicious. She seems to believe that this is a misunderstanding about waxing, not a vexatious litigant running an extortion racket and playing power games. She went out of her way to say that she supports the trans community over and over.

The lawyer is doing a piss poor job of getting his message across. He’s not really expressing how much of a social terrorist Yaniv is. Sigh.

The reporter has also emphasized the number of times (it's unknown how many) people have settled out of court, not because it's the right thing to do but because it is easier and the money Jonathan wou;d have got from this


I wonder where all the money went, Jonathan looks like utter shit, so it's not like he's spent it on anything of worth

He's being REALLY careful not to gender Yaniv at all. "Services available to Yaniv.", "Yaniv knows," etc.

Interviewer tried to establish Yaniv would be referred to as "she" and he explained his aim was to only refer to Yaniv as Yaniv.

Carpay is now saying Twitter is unassailable for refusal of service because it is a private company. Contrast with Yaniv's contention that waxing sessions in personal residences is a Public Service

He fucked up and said “he” at the start, then said he’d be referencing the malicious potato by “Yaniv” for the rest of the interview. It got a chuckle from me.

Edit to say they’re taking calls....

I believe I heard him slip up and say Yaniv was a he, and he apologized and said after that that he was trying to simply refer to them as Yaniv for clarity. This was right as I hopped into the stream, so if anyone heard it all please correct me if I misheard.

I imagine there isn't much money at all. The tribunal doesn't enforce the judgements just grant them, same as any other civil case. You have to go to big boy court to do things like enforce garnishment, compel a deadbeat to pay etc. And winning a suit is never actually the hard part. It's collecting. Blood from a stone and all that. And it's entirely possible they only gave him like $500 in fuck off money for the private settlements.

iirc wasn't it leaked a while back that Jonny was refusing to settle for anything less than $2k? I remember reading something about that.
