I feel like she was pretty even toned. She seems to get her snark in whilst seeming to agree. She was pretty clear about supporting the point of view of the respondents not to be compelled, and that the tribunal is a flaming pile of dogshit. She neglected to mention anything about his "complex background" ie, tampons, stalking, and 10-12 year old girls, nor his munchausen by internet. No one mentioned his mother's psychotic breaks in the courthouse.

There is nothing this potato can ever touch going forward that won't turn to shit. JY has effectively screwed themselves out of ever having any sort of future. Owning their shitty past behaviour , apologizing and not continuing to target women would have possibly kept their anonymity and maybe given them a shot at a normal life but now... nope.

Pretty much. My butch-adjacent girlfriend went to a barber a few weeks ago, got her head shaved, she paid just what the men pay, no fuss. But when I have long hair it costs a fortune to maintain because they use product, have to trim all the split ends and whatnot, keep the bangs out of my eyes, etc. It's not really a gender thing at all.

Agreed. Sure, they do that weird gendering thing all products do, but it's basically shorthand, and a lot of barber shops are changing that as people get more adventurous with their expression.

2 quick points:
1. Someone mentioned Yaniv's breathing problem and pointer out his selfie with the nasal canula. That might not be an oxygen tank. If you do a home sleep study to test for sleep apnea you get one of those to monitor your breathing.
2. Waxers and aesthetiticans can deny service for all kinds of reasons that are for client health and safety. If you have a skin or nail infection, diabetes, rash, active acne breakouts, active eczema or psoriasis lesions, connective tissue disorders - basically they can refuse if the procedure is going to tear off your skin, give you an infection, further damage already-damaged skin, or spread infections to equipment. If someone had a previous bad reaction to arm waxing, like Yaniv's arm injury, that might be enough to contraindicate further waxing attempts.
