Really unimpressed with the Tribunal Member's response to @goinglikeelsie and @lisaonthecoast's concerns about Miriam. "Just call the VPD if you really feel that way" [paraphrase] is ridiculous. Is the Tribunal Chair aware that the Member gives zero fucks about the safety of those in attendance?

I dug a bit but I don't have anything new to add about the cases that have gone to mediation. Others came in and answered all the questions I was asked and more. I'm just going to pop some popcorn and wait for the rest of @goinglikeelsie's tweets.

Totally agree re the response, I find it worrying that their safebeing is treated so lightly but then again after reading about the behaviour of the mother and her very own Ironside of a son it's not come as a complete shock, seems anything goes.

Everything about the terminology used bothers me. They keep saying "female", even though sex and gender identity are supposedly completely separate. They keep talking about intersex like it's a specific thing, which isn't and could effectively mean anything about Yaniv's anatomy. They keep talking like intersex is synonymous or interchangeable with transgender, which it isn't.

The fact Devyn Cousineau won't order a medical examination is ridiculous considering how obviously Yaniv perjured himself under oath. I don't believe Yaniv is intersex, I especially don't believe he's a hermaphrodite.

PS. I feel that people should start saying "Devyn Cousineau" instead of "the member" or "the court".
