Because if the judge asks for proof of diagnosis JY can legally turn around and drag her in front of a new HRT for transphobic discrimination. If someone says they’re a woman then they’re a real woman, even if they turn around and say they’re not actually a woman

I had originally thought that the data entry system includes an abbreviation followed by the complaint. In such an instance, "ASS ASSAULTED" would seem plausible if ASS was the shorthand to log a complaint of being assaulted.

Given that hospitals can't confirm injuries did in fact come from an assault until an examination is performed, this makes sense -- more-so when one considers how many people claim assault when none took place.

With JY's track record for lying, and the current lack of corroborating evidence, I'm filing this under Shit that didn't happen.

Still, it's not surprising that Jessica would claim to be an assault victim in an attempt to both control the narrative again and ramp up the pity points after Canadian media began covering the waxing cases shortly after the publication ban was lifted.

It’s an emergency department’s intake triage form. As someone mentioned, that’s just his complaint for being there— ie “abdominal pain” or some other issue would be written there. He probably cropped it out because he didn’t want us to see where they wrote notes on his actual condition and where they most likely checked the box for his visit not being an actual emergency.
