Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

I would pay to watch that and crack open a bottle of prosecco.

Hopefully now that some media outlets and comedians are talking about Yaniv and David Smith (Middlesborough politician who has been pushing for non-binary bathrooms) has been arrested for being a pedo the question about letting trans men into womens bathrooms and other womens spaces will be talked about properly and people will start to consider that there are people out there who are using the sjw narrative as a shield.
Totally agree. I feel the more the media, comedians etc take the pee, people comment then more people will start sitting up and taking note. Being complacent about these freaks have enabled the likes of jonny to have free rein. Yeah I know he likes the attention, he's got it but that attention, hopefully, will be his downfall.

I don't care about appearing non-pc. I care about the way things could go if shite like this carries on.

Sadly, I think even Jonny won't wake up the useful idiots in Canuckistan. Canada is home to Stefonknee Wolscht ffs. And that neanderthal's perverted exposé had zero effect.
Women being raped in battered women's shelters, kicked out of their homeless shelters, bloody Rogaine Oger defunded that Rape Crisis center all with the BC NDP government cheering him on.
I have a feeling the Troon Hive is gearing up for the "No True Trans" defense when it comes to Yaniv. The "one bad apple" shit that they use and get away with time and time again.

We might have a shot to fight the Troon circus if we manage to dethrone Turdeau and BCNDP. But for now, we have a government that caters to troons, dangerhairs, and Socjus warriors the minute they get outraged.

The Economist has actually been one of the few media outlets willing to write articles on troon insanity for a while now.
The editor of The Economist Zanny Minton Beddoes was on BBC Question Time last year, and when the Gender recognition act was being discussed she steered the conversation around to the rise of Gender Dysphoria among children.

The BBC seemed to have got a fright afterwards and in their aftershow fact check , essentially said that her figures were right but that didn't mean there was anything concerning about it.

I had a subscription (remember those??) to the Economist in college but it became too Lefty. Maybe the Woke/Clownworld/Nothing Matters trend went too far...

It's widely regarded the same way in the US. Most guides I've ever seen concerning applying for disability in the US (regardless of state) warn that you'll probably be denied the first time no matter what. You're also told to hire an attorney to appeal. That usually works, and you can still appeal again if it doesn't and that almost always goes through.
It largely depends on how the documentation is presented. If a doctor submits paperwork that says simply "Person X is disabled and can't work," that will likely be denied and shit-canned. 🗑

Alternatively, if the paperwork states "Person X has condition Y which precludes any job requiring abilities A, B, and C," with supporting medical records, diagnoses, history, etc, there is a greater chance disability will be approved - sometimes on the first attempt (but not always) if everything presented is in good order and verifiable right away.

One concession in hiring an attorney, whether for the initial claim or an appeal, is that the attorney will often take 30 to 50% off the top of any lump sum back settlement. That can be a rather significant chunk for a disabled person who needs those funds to live day to day. This put any such person in the unenviable position of trying to do the process solo with the likelihood of being denied initially and/or on appeal, or hiring a lawyer and knowing a good portion of recovered benefits will be deducted in legal fees.

It's ridiculous. I suspect it's a process that's "evolved" from the need to weed out obvious scammers and people who "don't really need it" by forcing them to "work for it," but it's fucked up that you need to be able to afford an attorney just to get on disability.

If you've read more than just Yaniv's thread on here, you've probably seen that there's a number of cows -- many of them serial grifters -- that claim to be disabled and demand a tugboat when their only condition is acute or chronic laziness. Yes, it sucks that the truly disabled have to jump through hoops and might still get denied -- even with a lawyer on the case. However, the increasing number of people that are trying to scam the system or have the ability to work in some capacity but just don't want to have resulted in a more stringent process.

Specifically relating to Yaniv, Jessica's inconsistent behavior has been such one would legitimately question if Jessica is disabled enough to get a tugboat or merely embellishing in an attempt to game the system. People such as Jessica are why there's increasing red tape and scrutiny for all disability claims now.

"Receiving gender affirming care is not sexual assault lol! No one forced them into those jobs. They knew the job they’re getting into. "
He chooses to not accept that some have said they're not trained/experienced in male waxing. An expert, in male waxing only, even appeared in court and still, this cretin ignores the fact.

"So I'm making this video to, basically give my eye witness account of what I saw happen at the BC Human Rights tribunal [J.Yaniv vs Multiple waxers]. I don't think anyone has been talking about the..shenanigans that really went on in terms of how poorly managed, how unprofessional, and what a....gong show the entire affair was.

The B.C Human Rights Tribunal need to pull up it's socks, because what I saw there, was a..mockery of any sort of judicial proceedings. It felt like, honestly, I was sitting in a meeting with my principal in high school. And these people have the power to enforce the law, to force people to pay ridiculous amounts of money .. to drag them in front of these things.

It became evident very quickly once the cross examination started that this would be something special, something I had never seen before. Every time the complainant, Yaniv, was asked a question, she would, just devolve into argument..into, hurling insults, into.. totally irrelevant strands of thinking. The Member, overseeing this entire thing, would do nothing about it. She would just, let her go on, and not even interrupt, or reinforce the rules of the place.

I think, that's my main takeaway. This whole Tribunal system, is severely flawed. It makes a mockery of any sort of court proceedings. People who have an understanding of the law, enter these things, like I spoke to Cameron [Jay], the lawyer representing the defendant, and it was like nothing he has ever seen or experienced before....and i would say the same thing."

Not surprising. These people don't want a functioning court system because that is oppressive.

I'm sincerely curious how long this comes up in a case regarding prostitution, in a country or state where it's legal. Because his exact same argument could, in theory, be said to apply to a prostitute selling sex.

That will be the day the incels win, I guess.

I am new to the farms but not new to the chans, I've lurked a long time waiting for the day this troon becomes an hero
John is loving this. I'm sure he's getting off to the attention and humiliation. He's too much of a narc to kill himself. The fat retarded pedophile Johnathan Yaniv will continue stalk young girls, abuse Canada's kangaroo court, and harass women all while living off of the sweat of Canadian taxpayers for years to come.
