I honestly think that's his point. He wants the ogre to shut up about him so he's threatening him with this dirt. That's how our boy be: he threatens people to get his way. My belief is that he a) thinks he can threaten Oger to stop talking about him and b) save face by making it look like he's calling out a bad actor. I have no doubt he will intentionally blurt out whatever he's got if Oger doesn't roll over immediately. He's got nothing to lose really. If there's any more "dirt" on Yaniv that isn't already out, it's not Oger that's got it. It'll be some woman who finds old conversations like the one a few pages back.
