The dark lighting and the fact that he appears to be topless makes this legitimately horrifying. It's like a scene from a found footage serial killer movie, like the Poughkeepsie Tapes or something. He's actually less horrifying in his current incarnation dressed as a woman, because the hair and make up and outlandish outfits become the focus of the observer's attention and make him appear less threatening. Not to mention all the medical aids and the scooty puff. It's like he's just another clownish weirdo to laugh at. But when he's stripped bare of all his accessories, when it's just HIM, like in this video, his fucking creepiness goes off the charts.
