Hell, he can't even successfully vouch for trans women's right. All he does is for someone to say something about trans rights, then take credit for it, because he has to ruin everything he touch.

I heard a story from a friend of a friend of a friend about JY growing up so not so certain how accurate it is but JY in elementary school stapled a condom to some kids desk. Not sure how accurate that is but hey it's possible with this guy.

Yep. That happened. Totally.

There is no way he would just leave so as "not to cause a scene". And there is no way he wouldn't sue a restaurant that asked him to. Because this is a case that he could probably, actually win if it happened just like he said it did (which, being JY, we know it absolutely didn't). Why is he so "understanding" all of a sudden? Shouldn't the restaurant owner stand up for the brave transgender, lesbian, human rights activist?

Pro-tip for all the Canadian business owners out there: you can totally refuse service to Jonathan if you simply state that it is some other big old meanies who don't want him there and you just feel so terribly about the fact that you have to ask him to leave. That will totally work.

We should demand JY tell us the name of the restaurant so we can protest this travesty of justice.

Quite surprised he's not claiming he was physically assaulted/verbally abused by these transphobes, being the professional victim that he is. More BS.

That's the one.
It came to my attention and stuck with me because I knew of at least one kid in school growing up who was like that.
One has been in jail for petty crimes a few times, the other now keeps a real low profile, or is no longer in the country.

Did anyone ever verify that tweet was legit? I imagine it just kind-of got passed over in favour of all the other trolling against his twitter feed he's been enjoying. ;-)

You can't sell a property with a lien on it. All encumbrances must be satisfied before any sale takes place. Usually a lien prevents a sale on property and the lien (land-charge) must be satisfied and discharged before the property is sold.

I have seen Personal Property liens placed on individuals who owe something to the Strata. Assignment of mortgage or a bridge-loan would also trigger that.

But I think we already confirmed there were no personal property liens filed against him in BC.
