I missed it but the title of part two is "getting makeup done a sephora". Can you imagine the terror the makeup girl experienced when she saw Jon waddling in to get his face painted up like the joker? She's going to need the orange industrial shop soap to get the filth and grease off her hands.

I don't know about the dosage for transition meds, but 2 mg is the highest FDA approved dose for actual biological females, generally used to treat menopausal symptoms. Reason being, over that dose there is too high a risk of blood clots.
