Really? What a strange rule. Things would work out well for this scenario but what if you had a fine to still pay off and genuinely faced some sort of discrimination that this HRT is supposed to address? Are you just shit out of luck until you pay up?

I suppose if you were not found to be a vexatious litigant, or were the defender in a HRT decision, maybe.

JY on the other hand, has been fined 6k because hes proven to the HRT beyond a doubt that he is a vexatious litigant and probably has a cover letter stating so.

JY of course will call this more discrimination.

1st he confirmed with the HRT that whatever he told them was said to him by the clinic was grounds.

2nd Then he informs the world that he will file a complaint with College of Physicians against the Clinic...NOT another HRT case

ETA: I read somewhere, I can't remember where or the exact wording but on the lines of if social media stopped tomorrow chances are that yaniv would cease being trans.

I tend to agree with the sentiment - he has an audience (us included) and as long as that audience is there he will carry on as he has been doing, getting more outrageous and grotesque as time goes on. As entertaining as he is at times I have to remind myself that at the other end of his vindictiveness are real people going about their daily lives whose quality of life this disgusting piece of crap wants to destroy.

I have no doubt transgender status is protected in terms of gynecological access for patients. Trans men still have vagoos and all the other lady bits. Trans MEN. Meanwhile this squirt of foamy diarrhea over here is REE'ing because a gynecologist's office won't ram a speculum up his ass and stretch it out pretending he's a woman. Just never mind he's continuing to make a complete mockery over the entire section of the trans community that trans activists pretend don't exist.

If only Canada weren't completely cucked, he'd get the verdict and punishment he deserves for those weapons charges and get plenty of that from all the Tyrones on the prison block.

I've been reading the ... legal papers and stuff ... and as I understand it even if Null gassed Yaniv in the Kiwi Koncentration Kamp he built in Ukraine or fed him to his Chantal in a fetid feeder basement in Florida because Yaniv hadn't paid is $6K he'd be shit outta luck with the BCHRT.

If you don't pay your cable bill you don't get any cable. Similarly, Yaniv needs to pay his subs if he wants to have any human rights. Right now, legally speaking, he's classified as 'two-legged livestock'.

I knew someone said this a few weeks back. Glad people are bringing it up again. Makes you feel are warm and gooey knowing he can’t do shit right now so all this is just bait as usual.

I wonder if JY got an internet appointment doctor, wasn't JY recommending something like that recently? The Dr. may not have had any actual files or anything, so when Ms. Yaniv calls and wants a OBGYN exam, sure thing, here's the address, goodbye.

Eta ; JY did not tag BCHRT, it seems that this is a complaint to the College of Physicians - BC. Probably hopes to settle out of court because the physician is afraid of the big bad tech guru. I'm laughing my guts out so much right now.

Why go after people, that have literally every time you have interacted with any person remotely regarding health care, recorded and archived? "But muh intersex was misgendered." "Well sir. I'm layin odds....the ER referred him to the gyn....He calls to make the appt. then plays them like he did the waxers...On the phone they make an appt. with jessica....JY shows up with his cock...& it's discrimination

I was just thinkin..people are curious why the authorities haven't stepped in yet
It could be that to avoid a scene taking him into custody to get a mental commitment & all the drama that would entail. Maybe...just maybe...they're plannin on grabbin him right there in court..No fuss no muss...right in front of the judge..."I want my lawyer"...right here they are.

I hope JY doesn't figure it out & skip court.

I'm pretty conflated on this. On one hand, it really does seem like the only way to deal with Yaniv's abuse of their system, but on the other hand, if you're calling yourself "human rights" it feels really messed up on principle to put restrictions, especially money, on seeking help regarding human rights, even if it's someone like Yaniv that have done absolutely everything to deserve it.
At least it sounds like this was a special circumstance for Yaniv and not the norm. Could you imagine if his poor victims lost and forced to pay up and then say, couldn't get work flat out on basis of being foreign and couldn't do anything about it? Hell, Yaniv would probably go out of his way to make that happen if he could. I wouldn't put it past him to defer a payday if it meant he could harass some brown people some more.
I only have a cursory knowledge of the BCHRT from Yaniv's antics so feel free to tell me if I have the wrong impression of the situation but it sounds more and more of a mess the more I hear of it.
