Out of curiosity, do doctors in Canada have the ability to ban patients from their practice if they have a credible fear that the patient is a danger to their staff or the other patients at the practice? Yaniv has a history of inappropriate behavior showing that he is at the very least a disgusting voyeur in womens' spaces and then an outright sexual predator at the worst. It would be understandable for a gynecologist to ban someone like that from their practice, regardless of their gender, to protect both their existing patients and their staff from invasions of privacy, harassment, assault, and bad-faith legal action. Could a doctor be held liable if they accept him into the practice, knowing that he's a danger, and he assaults a staff member or other patient?

Yaniv's fines were for abusing the system. It's perfectly reasonable that he not be allowed to abuse the system further until he pays up on those. Then and only then will they entertain dropping more fines on his grifting ass.

jonny wants it both ways - he welcomes the verdict if it's in his favour ie money in his pocket but claims it's all a "misunderstanding" and won't pay when his pockets stay empty.

I still can't really tell if he sees negative coverage of him as him 'owning the trolls' or if it really bothers him. Or even if he switches chaotically from believing one to believe the other. He's a riddle, wrapped inside an enigma, wrapped inside a fat, ugly man.

I reckon he sees any attention, negative or positive, as a result. I'm still confused what a gyn is supposed to check/find there that a GP (or the doctor/surgeon did the gender assignment surgery) couldn't check per se.

Usually when you go to the gyn the doctor is feeling around for knots/painful spots etc inside of the woman's vagina, taking samples/swabs from the tissue/mucus/whatever, doing an ultrasound of the bladder/ovaries yadda yadda.... all stuff trans-women just simply do not have as far as I am aware.

I get that a neo-vagina should probably be checked for pus/discharge, if it's healed properly etc.
But that's something a specialist needs to do imo, not a general gyn who's probably not even trained for that.

I know one woman in her 30ies who's acting like that but with Harry Potter movies. Whenever she has female friends over it's 'let's cuddle on the couch and watch Harry fucking Potter for the 23082938098th time so I can cry again and we can hug again and pretend the world outside doesn't exist'. It's some form of coping mechanism for her, I think I've heard the term 'age regression' in that connection before.

Needless to say - she doesn't really have all of her marbles together in other aspects, too and people started to avoid her, which makes the whole thing even worse.
