The story arch was missing the suicide drama. I think it might be a bit early to use this to boost his ratings, but if there's a chance he'll be put on hiatus with his court dealings, I guess it makes sense to bring out the big guns. I'm guessing he'll take an overdose of aspirin or estrogen. It will be pills of some sort. He'll make a cryptic call to Mama Yaniv and she'll get suspicious and have to get the cops to break into JY's apartment. They'll get there just in the nick of time. It will be touch and go for a while, but he'll pull through. It appears that Yaniv is feeling sorry for themselves again! Another cycle of pity.. given that the ambulance came over after a police wellness check, we're possibly going to see the acts ol' Jonny boy needs to try and influence some judges. Hopefully they'll see through him!

He is addressing the Twitter moderators, to further justify his vexatious policy complaints about bullying and/or abuse, offering retroactive justification for the multitudinous deplatforming attempts. He is playing to the Twitter mod audience, even as he "may" have an army of Twitter bots spouting his drivel while he is "offline".
He's playing the victim card, probably all the harder because of his feeling inadequate because his victimhood stack being shorter than some of his targets.

There's few people I'd wish to see suffering and miserable, Yaniv is definitely one of them.

According to the MandaPanda transcript, he's now got "heavy" pain meds for his back injury and drinks while taking them to the point of "fainting." He can do a better Judy Garland imitation now than when he was just stabbing himself six times with a Saxenda pen and calling an ambulance.
