That's just not how cleavage works!
In fairness, some of it may be lighting related, but it seems to me that there are visible bulges of flesh sort of running up diagonally in parallel to the neckline of his top.
That's a dead give away for man's anatomy right there!
Actual boobs are mostly fat with some glandular tissue mixed in. They are hence noticeably softer and easier to move arond than the surrounding tissue.
Hence, when you stuff actual boobs into something like a cleavage enhancing bra, or tape them or do anything else that basically pushes them to the middle of your chest they'll still be affected by gravity and you won't end up with a flesh sausage running up in the general direction of your armpits. If you happen to have implants or with certain types of corset type tops, you might get more of a horizontal upwards bulge - but not this ...
