Yes, it is. This misconception is one of the major errors of modern "civilization" that needs to be corrected if we have any chance of restoring any sanity. People act with complete impunity in the worst possible ways because they have high confidence nobody will ever just smack them for misbehaving.

He does what he does because he gets away with it. A mild application of violence (a good hard punch or two straight to the nose with the promise of more if he dares posture or retaliate) would immediately correct his behavior since it would teach him there's a non-zero chance of a broken nose if he keeps acting up. Sure, he can call the police and try to press charges, but he's still going to be doing it with a tender bandaged nose. For someone who's never experienced any, pain is a very good teacher.

That’s not how any of this works. The mask might protect others but not the potato. And the charcoal filter might marginally make that better. Although I guess him not knowing this is consistent with his general ignorance of biology. So let’s hope this gives him a false sense of security.

And is it just me, or do those fabric patterns look like they would be suitable for adult diapers/pads?

And here I was trying to picture some kind of made in China tit shaping device and wondering why I had never come across such a thing before online. Hormone pills make a lot more sense.

He's a fucking idiot; the black thing is an exhaust valve. The carbon and p2.5 filters they sell for these masks slide inside a pocket that sits in front of the mouth.... they're about the shape of a playing card with rounded corners and were never designed to stop viruses. Not to mention they don't do shit to block odor considering the mask is a just a piece of cloth that doesn't offer a proper seal. He's still going to be able to smell his nasty body even with that mask and a fresh carbon filter. The best outcome is that the mask will collect his spittle and keep others from having to look at his disgusting fat face.
