The reason these clinics do a psychiatric evaluation on their patients is that those with mental illnesses are more likely to regret having surgery in the future. Most of them don't end up violent like this tard, but wanting to detransition (abeit being unable to) does have an impact on theit mental health.

Up until this point in time I was hoping his poor physical and mental health would disqualify him from the surgery, just so we could watch him spiral into a deep depression. But now I'm thinking his participation in an elective surgery, given his current state, could be the best chance the world has at getting rid of him altogether. At the very least he would suffer badly while healing, he would be sterilized, and he'd probably have to endure painful life long medical issues relating to the operation.
As much as I'd hate to see a penny of tax dollars spent on this cross dressing pederast blob of saturated fat, I would take great pleasure in watching him suffer after being chopped to pieces. The fact alone that it will prevent him from reproducing is worth the wasted money; the likelihood of a poor recovery is just icing on the cake. There's no fucking way Jon will follow the doctors orders when it comes to rehab after the chop - we could be in for a real infected mess.

They might turn him down on that basis telling him to lose some weight and come back when your BMI is under 30 or 35. If JY is 6'2" and weighs a mere 300 lbs his BMI is 38.8.
