Consider the situation he's in. He's got two groups of people from the other side of the country going absolutely apeshit at each other. In one corner you have Yaniv and his crazy mother. In the other David Menzies. The cop may or may not know both groups are litigious. He may or may not know both are protected groups - Yaniv because he pretends to be a tranny, Menzies because he pretends to be a journalist. He's also being filmed and knows that if he says the wrong thing his career is fucked.

He got out of it pretty well though - he noticed that Menzies was illegally parked and got him to move his car for long enough to separate the two sides and to call into HQ and find out about the litigiousness and protected class-ness. Well done S Gill. You dodged bullets from both sides there.

Yeah, but Yaniv is on bail- twice, and there are conditions attached to that. He has to behave himself or if he breaches the conditions of his bail he will be locked up. Surely stalking a non-existent, two-year -old girl in a children's hospital on a 2000 mile road trip with your nutcase mother has to be a breach of some law?

You answered your own question. “Non existent”. There is no complaining victim hence no crime has taken place.

Just enjoy the fact that this tubby bitch and his nutcase mother dropped some good cash on a pointless trip and in the process gave our own resident WGKitty a few days of peace and quiet.

Remember, this isn't the USA. He wasn't taken into custody and released on bail. Yaniv was arrested, charged, and released with a Notice to Appear. Thus, no bail, no "bail conditions". The only requirement of his release is that he appear at his sentencing (for his weapons charge) and his first appearance for his assault charge.

For simplicity sake, you can basically think of it like this: Right now, JY is operating on the honor system with the courts.

This is the most disturbing JY video ever. The hair stroking is just fucking weird. He is moaning like one might when a lover strokes them. The threat of murder if you try to harass his "soon to be fiance and step daughter". The accusation that the watchers are pedos. And then the declaratory statement that he trolled the world with that stunt. Like did you just admit to catfishing Menzies? Of course he didn't but that is what he said he did. His grasp on reality has always been tenuous, but this is pure delusion. He is spiraling.

I know the comparison to Norman Bates and his mother have been made regarding the Yanivs, but this video is some serious visual proof, I just don't remember Mama Bates fighting for camera time like Miriam. Waaay to up the creep factor Miriam!!
