I didn't think they would have palm trees in BC but a Google search states that they are very prevalent on the east side of Vancouver Island.

You can find them around Vancouver as well... the people in North Van seem to like palm trees in their yards. Although it's more common on the island.

I mean, there's other clues, such as the timing of his arrival in Montreal and the confusing timeline of his Toronto stop, the fact that he's all of a sudden back in YVR when of he did get a sex change hed still be on bed rest, etc... It isn't that hard to figure out, dude.
