Well, this is thoroughly creepy. She is “sleeping safe and sound”... yeah, this sounds like he’s on the edge of some sort of explosion. I’d like solid proof that Jonny is beating his mom, though, but I guess it’s not too hard to deduce. I’m also imagining how he tries to charge and pin people, like some sort of raging tampon-hungry bull. If what this Kelly chick is saying is true, why hasn’t the cops been called on him before? I don’t know, it’s just easy to make up stories about a gigantic, transparent target like Yaniv. None of it I’d put past him, though.

Yes, I think you're right. Reality is fast setting in. I have perused the latest updated Meowmix legal library and I have read all of Johnny Boys legal responses. There is nothing worse than a bloke who thinks he's a lawyer because he read a handful of precedents after Googling "slander Canada".
What Johnny Boy has done is paint himself into a corner. He made a full statement in his court response in regard to the two assaults on Rebel news reporters. He actually stated in his response that he is in a "protected class" because he is Transgender and therefore deserves more money. There is no basis for this claim in law, Transgender people are not a "protected class".
Given that both incidents were fully recorded on video, when you read Johnny's statement it comes across that both reporters were actually bashing Yaniv, nothing could be further from the truth and if Yaniv states these lies on the stand he will go for perjury.
He also included about 35 paragraphs of total legal gibberish to back up his libel/slander response in the Human Rights Commission which was a total waste of time as it will be struck out, it must go to the Supreme Court, so much for his ability as a top-gun lawyer.
He also has huge problems with the Amy Hamm libel/slander court case which is to be held in the Supreme Court, Hamm has a fully qualified lawyer, pro-bono, Yaniv is representing himself and in his response statement he has again made a false statement.
He claims Hamm has been charged with voyeurism and sexual assault and even quotes the police report number, which means nothing and the court listing. This is totally untrue and if Yaniv gets on the stand and runs his mouth off to Hamms lawyer he will again face a perjury charge.
There is no restrictions on being delusional, he can make up all the false stories he wants and tell them to the courts in official documents but when it comes to actual trial time his delusions will be pulled to shreds by any mediocre lawyer worth his salt.
The sucide threats are kicking in because he has been running around catfishing any teen girl he can get in contact with and telling them he's a cis-woman and a lesbian. He doesn't see a problem with this but as soon as he was catfished and convinced himself he had a fiance and a stepdaughter, and spent 5 grand chasing it all over the country to boot and then found out he was conned he nose-dived.
He can dish it out but the weak cunt can't cope when the same thing is done back to him, this is the typical behaviour of a psychopath, it's all about him, him, him and he cannot have empathy for others.
This will now be an ongoing thing, he will shower us with sucicide threats as the hopelessness of each court case becomes apparent once he actually gets to trial. This added to the tragic loss of his fiance and step-daughter.
I cannot wait for the first court case, Johnny will faint, he will call an ambulance he will carry on like a pork chop because he has no chance of winning any of these cases on their merit with him representing himself and he will lose his condo.
Keep in mind though, that the day he was told he lost his three ball-waxing court cases and had to pay up $6000 in damages he messaged one of his "girlfriends" and enthusiastically told her, "I won my court case, this means more money for me and the judge awarded me costs". This is how delusional Johnny is, you lost you fuckwit, what part of that don't you understand?
Perhaps he has also realised that he cannot win any of these court cases and he's looking at paying out at least a hundred grand. Plus he tragically lost his brand new fiance and cancer ridden step-daughter in a fiery plane crash! Johnny bravely & selflessly tried to pull them from the twisted wreckage but the flames drove him back so he's also going through that!
I just made the last bit up, but that's the game we're playing eh Johnny Boy, never let your delusions get in the way of a good story. So with all that on his plate no wonder he's feeling suicidal.
I just hope he can find the strength, deep within his womanhood to keep forging on and maybe even to stop flogging his elderly mother on a regular basis, because we need Johnny boy to fly in like a warrior -woman, human-rights, superhero and fight all these misogynistic transphobic bigots because I just don't want all the fun to stop.
So, Johnny Boy, the legal mastermind fucked up his first three court cases and it cost him a pretty packet, so what does the fuckwit do, he keeps taking on more legal cases against real lawyers when quite plainly he is inept when it comes to the law?
Way to go Johnny Boy, I wouldn't have it any other way for I have never been so entertained in my life, this is better than going to Ringling Brothers Circus when I was five years old.

Yaniv has relied on "facts" already disproved. Hamm will no doubt rely partly on a truth defense. Yaniv has "opened the door" to a forensic examination of whether or not he is in fact a "pedo", "pedophile", racist", "fake disabled" and a "predator". The prospect of him being cross examined on his Alexandrian Library sized collection of published statements that provide proof that he is all of those things will be a glorious spectacle.
