Just a few points for discussion regarding Amy Hamm’s defamation action against Jonathon Yaniv, a few points her lawyer probably already picked up but I’ll post it anyway.
At point three on Yaniv’s response & counterclaim to Amy Hamm’s defamation action against him he wrote & swore on oath the following-
“Surrey RCMP has evidence of this offence”.
The offence in question, we all now know, is that he claims that Hamm put her phone over the top of the toilet stall and took photos of him urinating & his genitalia.
So RCMP has evidence of this? What evidence, none has been presented in Yaniv’s counterclaim?
At point five on Yaniv’s response & counterclaim to Amy Hamm’s defamation action against him he wrote & swore on oath the following-
“Amy Hamm is now before the criminal court in Surrey Provincial Court facing a voyeurism charge for her act towards Jessica Yaniv on January 13, 2020 at the Surrey Provincial Court, file #237805-3 & Surrey RCMP file #208354”
In the response to Amy Hamm’s application to dismiss Yaniv’s defence & counter claim he wrote this & signed it on oath-
“The incident was immediately reported to BC courthouse sheriffs along with Surrey RCMP. Surrey RCMP then proceeded with an investigation & forwarded charges to crown counsel telling me the chance of conviction is high”.
There is no chance of conviction as no charges have been laid against Hamm & there is no evidence to support Yaniv’s ludicrous claims. This in itself, is defamation.
The fact is there is hard evidence & witnesses that can prove that Hamm only went as far as the washrooms and was in there for less than ten seconds.
Who is providing Yaniv with false charge numbers & false court proceeding dates & file numbers, did he just make this up or are the RCMP toying with his head and feeding him porky pies just to fuck him off?
How did Hamm go from being arrested and charged and put before the court to suddenly only having a high chance of being convicted even though she hasn’t been charged. I’m fucking well so confused?
Where is Yaniv getting his incorrect information, who is telling him that charges against Hamm were forwarded to crown counsel & that the chance of Hamm being convicted are high when there is no charges & there aren’t going to be any?
Yaniv said he was sectioned and taken to the mental home by the coppers because he wanted to kill himself because Amy Hamm filmed him taking a leak in the toilets. He also told a girl on snapchat that he was changing his pad when Hamm sexually assaulted him.
This from a man who is well known for taking photos of minors in female public toilets, a man who wanted to host a topless pool party for twelve year old girls without their parents present, a man who took a photo of his tiny cock & sent it to minors on social media, he also did the same with his arse picture, & he wanted to kill himself because somebody took a photo of him in a toilet?
Canada is embarrassing for this one, and it seems like he gets away with it. Why?
