In the states one can get disability payments for psych issues...tard money.
Anything similar in leafland & how we know if jonnys getting any?

His claims of being disabled could be true...They are true as no doubt he's mentally challenged.

It would be nice if someone challenged him to list exactly what his disabilities are?

The back injury from his car accident was AFTER his broken exam table that he accepted go away money for.

Which was after his physio disabilities requiring the scootypuff

Which was before his brain tumor.

What does HE claim his disabilities are other than mental?
UK: Same when it comes to MH problems. Disability benefit is paid not so much for the illness/disease itself but how it affects someone on a day-to-day basis and £ amount is graded depending on severity.

yaniv has made a big thing about having (supposedly) PTSD-anxiety-depression so he's probably getting benefits for that plus he seems to publicly claim to have every known physical illness and disease known to man so God knows what he's claiming re physical disabilities - seeing as he's such a scrounger I feel he'd be claiming everything there is.

The yanivs seem to have synched their health problems - all claim to be deaf, have PTSD/anxiety/depression, mother and son claim to have concussion related memory problems (no doubt the aunt will have it lol) etc etc etc - you only have to look at their numerous filings and compare...far easier to list what they don't profess to have.

Adding to his benefits is the cost of resources that the family skid through, for example, psychologist/psychiatrist visits, specialist consultations, doctor/hospital visits and care, his latest insulin pump alone has probably been cost footed by others together with the insulin. He's still whining about trans moob surgery and the likes, never a thought to save/pay for it himself. They're like kids in a sweet shop, pointing and whelping "I'll have that too".

Their flats must look like pharmacies and miriam's storage area like a mobility/health appliance shop.

in the US it is really really difficult to get though.

I'm pretty sure Miriam really does have hearing loss. She definitely sounds like she has hearing loss, not just like someone from Israel with an accent at all.

There are two 'levels' of disability. One, Yaniv would almost certainly qualify for. That's PPMB, persons with persistent and multiple barriers to employment. That's kind of a reduced-disability catch-all category for people who have some stuff wrong with them, and some stuff going wrong as well. You need a disability or health condition that's been a year or more that makes it harder to work (say, depression) plus an additional "barrier to employment." A criminal record counts. So does "Having accessed emergency health, mental health or addiction services multiple times within the past 12 months."
And Yaniv does that in the average week.

There's also Income Assistance, which is mostly housing allowance, and Persons with Disabilities, which is like the American version of disability and can be challenging to access.

tl;dr summary: If I were to place a bet, I'd say he's on PPMB. It's about 1K a month. This is nothing in the Lower Mainland, although it does depend on much he owes on the condo. If he owns it outright and the fees are modest and he's very conservative with his expenses and works a bit under the table, he could get by.

ETA if he has no mortgage I'm not sure what he applies the $375 housing portion of the PPMD payment to. He might be able to use it for condos/utilities, but he might miss out on some of it if those come to less than $375. He'd still get the regular $607 portion of support but the $375 has to go to housing in some form.

You can collect money because you were in jail............WTF?
Is it by number of years served or number of arrests? That's nuts

jonny
Is there a limit on how much he can earn & still collect? a scale..income up bennies down?
Is there any kind of reporting?
& the biggest one....Why isn't it on his financials with court?

On the scale of how much he can earn while still receiving disability benefits are that you can work but they take 75% of your income jobs wages while retaining your benefits and it must be reported every month. So if you're making $12 dollars an hour its actually $3 an hour and you still have to pay income tax on it.

You also have to show by the month how much you pay for rent. If you can't prove that you're paying rent they only give you basic needs which is $672. Rent they will only pay for up to $497 and only if you can prove you're paying it.

There is what we call "criminal disability" in laymans terms which is a term for someone who is just going to keep going back to jail for petty and stupid things, stealing all the time cause hes poor, and fucking up everything else for everyone. It's cheaper to give him the cash to just live in a remote town and not bug anyone than how much it costs in police, court, and jail resources to keep having to deal with them. Its basically 'fuck off' money.

Yaniv definitely has a mortgage. I believe Yaniv's financials (from his court cases) state he is mortgaged to the hilt, owing at least $300000, plus a strata fee of probably around $300 per month. Yaniv could never survive off of $1000 per month. That wouldn't even be enough for Yaniv's food bill. I guarantee that mommy and auntie are probably paying the majority of Yaniv's expenses, with Yaniv collecting whatever Covid benefits he can get. Those benefits are about to run out though. The gravy train will run out and he will lose that condo and eventually move in with mommy and the aunt. Mommy will also have to move too as she lives in a 55 plus building. My guess is they will move to a place that has much lower housing costs as the lower mainland of BC is one of the most expensive places to live in the world. There is nothing keeping them here. No family, no jobs and definitely no friends.

Yaniv, ironically, warning females. How and why he thinks the warning applies to him is too funny.

Not sure if he penned this but the snark at Langley RCMP and the "I'm not stupid" makes me think he did. Blaire White aspirations.

edit: Apparently, it's copied from FB "Langley crime watch" group page - why he never credits is beyond me.

Didn’t Miriam get recorded contacting a wrong number and discussing a 2/3 bedroom with 2 bath rental in Nanaimo? I think all three are struggling financially. Yaniv is likely unable to service his mortgage. He’s been dipping into his equity like a dealer dipping into his stash. Covid related Mortgage deferral is in place in BC but the vig keeps accruing. Eventually he will owe more than the market value. Rent relief for three State parasites would make their cost of living manageable. The cash injection from selling Miriam’s place won’t last long. Elder financial abuse is in her future. Miriam also mentioned possibly renting her place out but she hasn’t the energy to manage a rental property and as an asset it would reduce the amount she could get in rent assistance.

Is there anything in the area that would the equivalent of an American white trash ghetto....trailer park type shit?

Can you imagine the 3 of them moving into one? If we think we've seen LOLs with the strata or donny?????
Where they would move would be dependent on their combined incomes.
Whose name would the loan be in & could MY qualify?
jonny's of no use, no equity & bad credit.
I'm thinkin their options would be limited to a trailer park or similar

Re: Trailer parks. Very few trailer parks anywhere in the lower mainland, although Langley isn't exactly considered a classy area. There's a couple mobile home parks in the Langley area, but honestly, they aren't necessarily a better deal than what the Yanivs have got. A nicer mobile home seems to go up to 300K+, a cheaper one maybe 100Kish, and that's before lot rent. And some of the parks are 55+. There are more mobile home options as you go east or north, to the Okanagan for example. The Okanagan is pretty though. I'm not sure what the equivalent of "trailer park USA" would be, but I think my closest guess would be Prince George, a small city in Northeastern BC. No one has much good to say about Prince George. Unless Yaniv and Miriam really took out a bunch of equity, they should have enough to find a place in a more reasonable cost of living area.

Almost everyone who can is clearing out of the Lower Mainland because it's so expensive. The people who are left are either very rich, or very stuck (job, family), or old and own their place outright. There seems to be no evidence that either Yaniv has any friends or social connections outside of Miriam's sister. Checking out other options is probably one of the better moves Miriam could make.

Looks like Jonathan Yaniv needs to apologies to a tree:

We could have terraformed Mars halfway with all that oxygen.

Maybe we should start to measure the quantities of gas needed to make planets habitable in units of JY. "Well Mr. President in order to make Venus habitable for humanity by 2079, we'd need about 17 JYs of nitrogen, 2 JYs oxygen, about 0.23 JYs argon!"

Re- Trailer Parks
The lower mainland of BC doesn't have many trailer parks. The ones we do have are clean and well kept and not cheap. Land here is very expensive and any rental of a trailer pad is going to be expensive.
I think once they do sell there will not be much equity left. Mariam probably receives Jack's pension as well as CPP and OAP, so she could possibly have a $1500-$2000 income per month (possibly more if her and Jack had investments) Her sister could be about the same, although my assumption is she would only be receiving the 2 government pensions, so she may be getting $1000 -$1500 per month. Yaniv is entitled to nothing. He is too young for any government pensions and disability is very hard to get here. Fat, stupid and ugly is actually not a disability. I personally don't believe he suffers from hearing loss. I believe that's a grift. I realize that there was a chat log of Mariam discussing moving to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. I don't know if she was planning on purchasing or renting, however I think a rental will be out of the question for this group of grifting scum. Rentals are expensive in most parts of BC now, but especially on Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. They are also very hard to come by, with most places having very little inventory. I would assume that since landlords have their choice of renters, anyone with half a brain would not rent their unit to the Yaniv's, since they would be sure to be sued for some trumped up bullshit. I wonder if the Yaniv's realize that their choices are limited, and there is no community in BC that would want them.

I would love to see jonnys rental application & then the property mgr. do a background check.
Could any prospective landlord have the right to check with the stratas for background?
What would jonny put down for employment & previous employers?
If he puts down self empolyed they'd ask for bank statements, biz licenses, what can he provide?
Most require personal references, who would jonny put down?
Would all his litigation show up in a background check?
What are the laws there about how much info can be divulged?

In the states...say you're a fukked up employee & about to be fired. If they stay & are fired, their employer can divulge the reasons for their firing. If they quit 1st....That all they can tell a prospective employer...They quit.

How would similar apply to the stratas when a prospective landlord asks them for references?
Especially with them still living there.

I think my trailer park comment may have been mis-understood. In the states....Trailer trash = living in a run down trailer, barely habitable..only because that's the only places the can find that will rent to them.

All in all...I think they've screwed the pooch if they think they'll be approved for anything decent, what then?

Landlords aren't allowed to just by default require a criminal record check. They can ask in really limited situations but they have to justify it. Not that you'd need that for Yaniv. Google will do just fine.

Yaniv would definitely qualify for PPMB or, if not that, general welfare. So he can bring in a few hundred.
