Why get bona fide legal advice when you can have a losing, court-branded racist lying scam artist to help guide you.

I am going to assume that Canada has laws barring the unauthorized practice of law--these would also prohibit solicitation of legal business by a non-attorney (almost certainly).

Jon boy just broke that law--which (in California anyway) is a FELONY.

Kinda PL, on provincial disability assistance in BC. To get the ball rolling you have to at least qualify for welfare, the province won't even consider a disability claim if you can't meet those basic standards which as far as I've ever seen JY does not. At that point you need a physician to assist moving forward; preferably a GP/family doctor with whom you have a good relationship and is willing to stick their neck out for you and say "yes, this person is in my medical opinion, disabled." In BC those are far and few between, and I suspect is one of the reasons he keeps shopping around for new doctors. My disability is a visible, physical one that leaves me unable to work and I still took nearly a year to get approved with the help of a persons with disabilities advocacy group writing up my application as professionally as possible.

JY has zero chance of having an actual disability designation.
