This latest turn of his is absolutely fucking brilliant. Dude is going full-on peak Slim Shady in terms of not giving a fuck over what anyone thinks about him and ripping the shit out of the current zeitgeist. I love it.

The only thing left for him to do is to directly rattle the hornet's nest and get his Pyrrhic victory over hbombercuck, who tried so hard to tar him with cocaine abuse allegations while the cuck himself covered up for his FTM rapist scriptwriter Paperlion. Imagine the salt he'd reap if he made a video satirizing the likes of him, Cuntra, and all the other breadtubers by making an overproduced philosophical video that says the most mundane, repetitive faux-profound shit about an equally mundane topic.

Are those videos before COVID? Since the quarantine fucking killed all those "gamer complex" and anyone investing in those afterwards is insane.
While I heavily doubt the full price tag said in the videos, I have no idea how those places expect a price margin yo cover a solid million investment, plus staff, maintainance, and taxes. Parents will quickly realize it's better to buy a mid range computer than waste dozens of dollars each week. Ditto streamers will rather be in their own apartment where they won't have a fat fuck walking behind them every so often. So that leaves the social outcast freaks who will do more to make everyone else go away, and children birthday parties.

Are they open to the public?

I assumed they were like private office spaces but with zoomer architecture where they streamed Fortnite instead of contributing to society.
The way one of the host referred to the place as a "training ground" makes me think that they could offer camps where they train children into becoming the next e-sports star (with a price of course) or just some kind of monthly membership where you pay and can go there to refine your gaming skills like a gym, except without the benefits of going to a gym.

Like I said I thought this was like some kind of compound where streamers associated with 100 Thieves or whatever would stream and train for their esports tourneys.

I think it's some kind of embezzlement or tax write off situation. Either that or it was the vision of an eccentric billionaire.
