JonTron Thread

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Is it explained, somewhere in this thread, why JonTron got a lot of hate? I heard the name maybe a couple decades back and then started to hear drama llama BS. What was the story of that?

For a big lad, he has an infectious energy in his videos.
He happened to start (((noticing))) things like FBI race crime statistics. Jim defined it perfectly, he got redpill tourette and basically went all in on talking about this. Destiny roped him into his faggy little playground and destiny did the Destiny debate play of talking really fast and constantly changing topics, so floored Jon who wasn't expecting active hostility. He then kind of courted the SKEPTICS even doing a Lets Play stream with Sargon, but then dipped down for a while and came back.

My impression is that what happened is what always happens, he is more convinced than ever about what he (((noticed))) but now understands you cannot speak freely without fuck you resources. He does throw a jab here and there on his twitter (after the election of steal of 2020 he posted a pic of how much he loved the Banana Republic clothing chain) but for the most part he just avoids the topic. Basically, if you see any sort of entertainer never talk about politics, it's very likely that they are a conservative that doesn't want to deal with shit.

Jon’s looking for a thumbnail artist.

That Destiny Stream almost 100% made him untouchable for anyone left of center but has probably improved his content overall, he can't say anything worse than that unless he starts a video shouting Nigger and wearing a KKK robe. We've all seen how leftist brain rot can run channels, so Jon having said that about Blacks in a public way has probably protected him from being pulled down into that whole slippery slope.

He did a political debate with Destiny and said something that people consider to be racist.
Specifically, he misquoted the statistics as saying "Black people commit more crimes" instead of "Black people are arrested more often." If he said the latter, he'd at least have had the room to say that he never said that black people commit more crimes. The more pressing issue is that he was debating Destiny, a man who is such a racist that it spills on everyone around him.
