Nope. It is when he was invited to talk about videogames as an art form (something he has been know to advocate for) and instead talked about My Little Pony. THIS WAS SAID IN FRONT OF REAL PEOPLE. The video funnily enough is on the OP.

He also made four videos to beat the dead horse of TBBT being a terrible series.
