"More action" doesn't make him the better lolcow or more interesting. He's a quantity lolcow, not a quality one. Frankly he gets pretty fucking boring after a while. He's a drunk loser being a drunk loser, sitting quietly for long periods fucking off on his phone, some rando shouts for him to put the fries in the bag, and he ends up throwing a massive retard tantrum. It's the same cycle over and over and over and over again.
A quality lolcow can hold your interest for years and years, even when there are long dry spells between habbenins. There are many quality lolcows from OGs like Chris-Chan and Phil/ADF, to narcissistic and vexatious pervs like Russell Greer, to relative newcomers like Cobes. Some are enraging and alienating, some are wholesome and relatable in their own ways.
Just because Block is constantly dropping content like a Chihuahua with the shits does not make him king of the retards. Most people are looking for more substance to their lolcows than "drunk retard gets drunk, acts like a retard, gets called a retard, then pitches a retard tantrum" every single time. Anyone who says "quantity is a quality all it's own" is a fucking loser and coping.
