Jack and his only fans girls are not at Joshua Tree with Josh. The blonde that's with them is Tony Bame's annoying girlfriend,Alyssa. She first appeared in another LA trip, showed up at Ozarks, followed them to Miami (the air bnb) and now she's back while they are in CA.

Josh has been back in LA since the 11th. On his trip, he scaled a formidable mountain, enjoyed the yacht lifestyle, hit the gym with the Nelk Boys, and seems to be getting more immune to fry-bys. Josh also releases another "Captain in the Kitchen", trying to make an authentic Italian Margarita pizza. He follows this up by filling the mansion's hottub with Dawn dish soap.

Josh cannot just go sober for a week. He will end up in the hospital. His alcohol dependency is so developed at this point, he needs professional medical assistance to quit alcohol. His withdrawals are going to be so bad (and dangerous) there's no way he'll last more than a day.

It might not be at that point yet. He's a hardcore drinker but he's only been drinking for a couple of years. As I understand It takes a decade at least of steady non-stop drinking to get the brain to the point it's wired to need it or the DTs set in if you stop.

It's more a mental habit at this point, he will miss it terribly but body and mind wise he should feel a lot better for giving his system a break. He will puke a lot less and maybe gain some much needed weight.

Josh barely even drinks hard liquor. Sure it’s not medically advisable, but he can absolutely stop and feel depressed for a couple of days. I’ve seen a decade long alchy go cold turkey from a fifth and a six pack a day for months. THAT’s rough. Days in bed sweating and shit. But he still didn’t need an IV and a few pills and a babysitter to get through it. Just lots of water and food when he stopped throwing it all up.
If I were him I’d be more worried about diabetes from all those sugary corner store drinks.

Speaking of this, Mom actually phoned me this morning to find out how Josh was doing! While she's laughed at several lolcows's stories, this is the first time she's ever followed up on one.

Just my 2 cents- They’ve already faked him going to rehab/getting sober/slowing down. It’s gay clickbait, a ham-fisted attempt at working up an audience just like Jack Doherty’s fake robberies. You know damn well if they record him sober they’re probably holding a Smirnoff Ice behind the camera, like a golden carrot for when filming’s done.

The Captain prepares for his Sober Week ahead of him, will he last? In an effort to taper down, Tony had Josh do some more cooking content, in which Josh burns all the food. He did another workout stream at the famous Muscle Beach, attendeded a metal concert where Josh got a shoutout from the band while he stood in the balcony, and went on another hike.
