Josh will be released from psychiatric treatment any moment now. He is suppose to have another court hearing in May or - possibly - June. I am kind of anxious to see what his fate will be like; 20 years in the Pen or indefinite house arrest with no Internet access.

I used to frequent the Adult Swim forums several years ago, and it is weird as fuck seeing one of the members getting in trouble with the feds. It surprises me since the AS forum's userbase consists of shit-posters stuck in the mid-2000's; they aren't the type of people who disrupt the continuity of their stagnant lives for the "luls".

But there are a lot of Cows who come from there. I know that Proud Asian guy used to shit-post there within recent years. Another - but older - cow to come from the AS forums was AnimeJeffrey/Jeff-Chao, he was paranoid 24/7 and had the mods white-knight for his autistic ways. Jesus Christ, I can't believe I was a member of those forums.

Do you remember seeing Goldberg around the AS boards? He had thousands of posts across 10-12ish accounts with "metropolis" in the name, mostly if not exclusively posting in the "Incoherent Babbling" area.

I never posted in IB because it was the absolute worst part of the forums. In the past, I vaguely remember seeing him and his alts across different sections of the forum, as he would occasionally post outside of IB. His presence was just "there".

Ironically, I revisited my account on the AS forums just 3 weeks before Josh was arrested. Apparently, he was very active on the forums in early 2015 because he burned through a plethora of throw-away alts in a matter of 2 months. By "very active" I actually mean, "excessive shit-posting".

I just remembered something very important from last year. Josh was stupid enough to create a thread (on IB iirc) that linked his Australian Witness post on 8chan. I think that particular thread flagged authorities into investigating Josh's activity across the Internet. Josh fucked up big time by linking that threat on the AS forums; the place is owned by a corporate entity, which has the legal obligation to relay any dubious posts to federal authorities.

I remember seeing that he had either linked to the post or was just discussing it with his various accounts on IMDb, AS, reddit, and Twitter. He posted about it with at least two accounts on AS.

Well, he's currently been found incompetent to stand trial because of schizophrenia, so he may have deep and serious underlying mental issues.

I'm somewhat suspicious of his crazy act, though, but it's not like you really get off on the grounds of being too crazy to stand trial. You just get held until they dope you up enough they can declare you sane again. I suppose he could be setting up an eventual insanity defense.

In any event, he's convinced the government at least that he's batfuck.
