I was thinking the opposite: that all the continuations (and his reported casual demeanor in court the other day) have given him confidence and he thinks he can throw Sega on the defensive a la Michael Snyder.

I can almost guarantee when it's over, he'll walk out pissed and disappointed that the judge didn't punish Sega.
