It’s true, the only thing in Phil’s life is his imaginary war with us jackbooted Kiwis. That’s all he has other than his Autistan hugbox. Literally nothing about Phil or his rotten crotch is worth being "jelly" over. Not even the fact that he gets to sit on his was at home all day and not work. Have you ever had a period in your life where you didn't have a job or school and were just home all the time? That shit is boring, man. Honestly, who could possibly be jealous of a fat, jobless, Autistic, mentally ill man with huge buck teeth, shitty tattoos, and a mutilated groin?

I don't recall exactly, but isn't Phil a tard of the literal pants-shitting variety like CWC is? If that's the case, then he has no hope of keeping disease out of that man hole of his. It's bad enough that he never wipes or bathes, but add to that the fact that he goes all muddy britches like a baby and you can see he's likely not long for this world. I can see the death certificate now..."Cause of Death: Infected Man Hole due to not being house broken".

I remember when I was between jobs for like 3 weeks, and I wanted to jump in front of a train, it's fucking awful, I enjoy my leisure time as much as the next guy but it's good when compared to being at work. I would say he's kind of like Chris Tranny 2.0, this is literally the evolution of the Un-Clit, and his hygiene seems as on par as Chris, I wouldn't be surprised if he had mold growing in his bath tub from lack of use.

Also, like, who uses the term 'jelly' anymore? I don't think I've heard that used in something like 9 years

You could Argue that Unlike Phil, Chris has actually made efforts to improve his hygiene in the last few years, given his attempts at a social life and con appearances where no one really comments on his smell. I mean its Chris so its not the best effort by any stretch, but credit where credit is due at least.

Phil, well... yeah i got nothing, only a matter of time until Spudders starts sprouting now. he even dug a hole to bury the seeds in, how considerate.

Oh yeah, absolutely, Chris seems like he might be vaguely tolerable in small doses here and there, especially if he's bathing in something other than Axe

Except CWC was fucking hardcore, got their gooch pierced, then started cutting away at their own taint because they thought it would "free" their TRUE and HONEST vagina growing inside them. So not only does CWC do body mutilation better than Phil, they also do mental illness more hardcore as well. Phil is a fucking sissy-ass zero compared to CWC. Phil had to get someone else to do it, and needed anesthesia and painkillers.

If anyone more familiar with/has gone through with this please chime in; do you get to keep your hospital issued dilator or is it the kind of disposable thing "progressive" hospitals keep on hand in a bucket next to the urinals in the clean supply room?

All of the surgeons who advertise SRS services state that they provide their patients with a starter set of dilators. I doubt that you need to be a "progressive" hospital to have them on hand as they're also used for some conditions affecting cis women.
