Just got old Xbox 360 with mirrors edge, first console I've had in a decade

I've heard that Nuts and Bolts is actually a fun game, but it's "just not a good banjo kazooie game." Don't play the ports of the originals though, they didn't simulate the lag of the N64 which means the audio is freakishly off-time and it's incredibly distracting.
Speaking of Ports, Conker Live and reloaded is good if you want to play an unnecessarily censored M rated game that was pretty much just a graphical update of the original with a few minor twists to it. I'm only mentioning those two games because I was originally contemplating buying an Xbox 360 quite some time ago over some of the few exclusive games it has which those two are a part of. That and the fact people already mentioned a shit ton of great games in the thread already.

There's also a whole lot of great multiplayer games too but a lot of the 360s online features were axed if I remember correctly to try and force people to use the Xbox one back when it had forced Kinect and voice control functions as well as always online DRM. SO unless you got some sort of private server-tunneling software shindig or whatever people use to still play Xbox360 online, you are fucking shit out of luck.

I could be wrong about that though because I don't have an Xbox 360 due to the fact I've only played it when I was hanging out with friends that owned one. It's a cool system that was ruined by Microsoft being utter shit when it comes to pushing product. (unskippable video Ads in the fucking menu, Jesus Christ).

If you have any love at all for strategy games, I can't recommend Civilization Revolution highly enough. It's one of the most elegant games in the Civilization series, in my opinion.

Thanks a lot everyone, I've googled every game listed for me, I had no idea there were so many interesting games on the thing. I thought it was a few good games only. Enslaved, Binary Domain, Saboteur, Lost Odessy etc look awesome.

Also, Sonic Generations.

This came out reading a bit more spergy than I intended, but I think you'll like what I've got to recommend.

I'm a big fan of the first four Splinter Cell games. They're well known for their good third-person single player modes and for encouraging the use of a smarter playstyle that maintains a greater focus on being stealthy and undetected as much as possible rather than going all rambo and run n' gun.

I'd recommend the fourth game, Splinter Cell Double Agent. It's the only one of the four that I know for sure is available on XBox 360. The fifth and sixth games, Conviction and Blacklist, are on XBox 360 as well, and as individual games, they're not bad and pretty fun, though I personally dislike them as Splinter Cell games as they are far, far too "shooter-friendly" in my opinion, and I feel that the development team behind them did an awful disservice to the character of the series' protagonist, in making the decision to take the franchise in the direction they did. Though I'd still recommend them if you enjoy third person shooters otherwise.

Double Agent is good because while it lacks a more believable, politically focused storyline and is notably easier than the first three due to Tom Clancy fully giving over the game's rights to Ubisoft some time between the creation of the third and fourth games, its storyline is more character focused and story driven, giving it a more adventurous feel like you prefer and allowing for a slightly more cinematic feel that doesn't try to go too far over the top to be a "movie" like Conviction, Blacklist and too many other games today try to.

It was released in 2006 as one of the first XBox 360 games on the market, and its graphics are still fantastic for the system it was on and I'm fairly sure they even hold up pretty well in comparison to some current gen games.

TLDR: Splinter Cell: Double Agent has a good single player campaign with a good focus on adventure, exploration and stealth, and has unique gameplay that focuses on being stealthy and in the shadows while still providing a good amount of action as well. It has pretty much all of the qualities you mentioned you enjoy in a game. So I think you'd like it.

You can usually find used copies for XBox 360 at Gamestop for extremely cheap as the game is now around ten years old. I picked up a used special edition copy of the game with an included bonus disc for around seven or eight dollars about three or four years ago, so I imagine you can probably find it for around five dollars or even less nowadays.
