I don't have the links handy, but basically the only reason the "we found 50 trucks full of ballots" thing ever flew in local elections was due to a temporary agreement that an activist judge twisted into a legally binding judgement. The guy came out of retirement once a year just to force the fucking RNC to stick to it by extending it another year forever. It basically stated that since the RNC are horrible raciofacisthitlers, they aren't allowed to dispute anything the DNC did with ballots, or somesuch bullshit.

The Judge died in 2018, meaning the rule is gone now. If they find a trunk load of votes, the RNC can dispute them. But that's ok, because it'd eventually go up to the SCOTUS, and Roberts would cuck to the left giving them 5/4 and the elec... OH, SNAP, sorry fuckers, Ginsberg's dead which means even if Roberts cucks it'll be 5/4 against this bullshit. Hell, it could even be 6/3 if they found enough snickers bars to bribe Sotomayor or box wine for Kagan, the useless cunts.

This was such a bat to the kneecap of the DNC's plans in certain regions that Pelosi tried to include the same thing in the bailout bill as part of her 2000 page ransom note to America.
