Yeah, hi. Person opposed to abortion here. My opposition is entirely legal. Murder is not legal. Nor is euthanasia.

My Constitutional response to Roe v Wade is: fine. The woman has a right to privacy. She can abort her baby. But the doctors cannot.

And when leftists come out and say "making abortion illegal doesnt end it, it only makes it unsafe", my response is "good. Let them kill themselves and get out of the dating pool if they refuse to have kids."

I didn't know much of her either but what's sad is that people aren't mourning and throwing bitchfits because you are gone now, they are doing so because of what your death means, who is going to replace you, etc. As soon as her usefulness fades she is just going to be remembered by a handful of people, probably the ones that did give a shit about her.

Even at your deathbed you are seen by a tool to take advantage of a situation and even her "last wish" might as well had the weight equivalent of another one of her tweets.

Ginsburg was a major proponent of treating the constitution as a "living document". Essentially meant she was comfortable with the idea of twisting the meaning of the constitution/law to say it REALLY meant whatever she wanted.

I remember watching a CSPAN stream of one event she was at, where she was asked about her views on the constitution being a living document and she started going on about how there was slavery at one point, sexism, and so on, like that was her actual answer.

Otherwise she would do goofy shit like mind reading such as she did with Trump's travel ban, where she voted against it not because of what was in the executive order or law, but because of what she imagined was going on in Trump's head which in reality shouldn't have even made a difference legally.

Edit: Part of what's really fucked up is her view of treating the constitution as a living document and doing mind reading has gotten so popular that now it's controversial for judges like Gorsuch to be 'originalists' actually trying to follow along with what the constitution says or intended.

Among other things she advocated legalizing prostitution because stronk wahmen don't need to be defended from "bad men", lowering the age of consent to 12 because the law then stating 16 was "sexist" and not in gender neutral terms (which doesn't explain why 12), and repealing the Mann Act. That's the one about transporting minors across state lines.

Heard about it from a paper published in 1993 about RBG and her radical feminism and leftism.
