I almost feel bad for him but seriously when you got a pokemon vore/scat fetish tied to your real life name online, it would be hard to get any job from anyone. People are gonna judge thats a fact, and anti discrimination laws aren't gonna do shit, they can lie and make up a reason any reason. Thats how employers circumvent that shit, I see it happen all the time in the work force as I worked to help autistic kids. It's a cruel world for them even when they want to function, and thats a sad fact.

Justin may be a nearly completely oblivious weirdo and he's extremely invested in Pokémon and vore but he lacks any kind of toxicity and doesn't gatekeep at all. He's precious.

Also is he really making his game in PS1 RPG Maker? Is he aware that no one will be able to play it unless they have a PS1 and a copy of RPG Maker? Even if he is making the game for himself, he's still severely limiting the possibilities with an obsolete software.
