I know Justin deleted/banned his first deviantart account but I don't think this one's his.
For one: He doesn't call Reshiram as his waifu. Also he doesn't have any vore or scat pics in his favorites. Justin doesn't hide the fact he's into his fetishes and fantasies but this account is too clean.

Huh that's a hard call. Maybe this account is tamed since he was banned last time for his behavior.

This is very close to some of his facebook posts a while back. Which for some reason I can't find. I'm Pretty sure someone did complete this request of his because I remember seeing an image of Xerneas and Reshiram.
