Kanye dropped out and Milo retained his role as being in charge of Yews and is probably doing a lot more behind the scenes. As an aside, that last e-mail was a fake and was sent to Julz by someone from GAS.

It's not actually that unusual. Dylan would similarly do concerts and half the time just obviously not even give a shit and give a shitty performance. Zappa would actively show up, refuse to play his last album that everyone showed up to hear, and instead play utterly weird shit the audience hated, and tell them to go fuck themselves.

It's looking more and more likely that VULTURES 2 is only coming in May. Is this yet another failure in Ye keeping consistency with releasing projects?

It's not surprising to have Ye have another unfinished release of an album only to abandon some albums he's intending to finish in order to focus on other albums he'll never finish
