Policy banned 'hateful content'​

Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy states that users cannot do anything illegal when conducting business or promoting or threatening violence, according to The Financial Post and Infobae. Previous versions of Shopify’s policy had banned “hateful content,” according to archives available on the Wayback Machine.

The clause banning “hateful content” appears to have been removed this past July based on cached versions of the page reviewed by Bloomberg. Whether the online store infringes Shopify’s newly permissive policy is unclear.

So the question I have to ask:
How much of this is mental illness vs how much of is this caused by becoming internet famous and becoming stupidly rich?

Some people are probably going to argue that he's just "famous" but he is an internet-era celebrity that pretty much fully embraced efame. Without the fame he still might be some obscure lolcow but with the fame and having produced what is supposedly some great music (I haven't listened to much of his stuff personally) he has access to vast amounts of money, so its not the most typical case.

There are of course some people who can handle the pitfalls of becoming internet famous and there are those that cannot. Judging from his wikipedia he was first hospitalized in 2016 and only actually diagnosed as being bipolar some time after that. He would've been 39 years of age at the time. If true & honest that means he had "late-onset bipolar disorder" which can apparently be triggered by high amounts of stress.
 
There must be some sort of demonic energy emanating out of Los Angeles.
He was doing fine in Japan but the second he set foot on that unholy terrain he had another episode.

Kanye West has been THE celebrity since before the iPhone released, you cannot express the absolute domination over pop culture he had from 2007-2015 if you weren't there, he isn't some online eceleb. If anything, his spiral into unmedicated insanity for the past decade has been because when you are THAT rich and famous, you can never have anyone that you know sincerely wants the best for you and isn't just a yesman and leech after the bag. Even his shitty latest albums are about this.
That's why he made such a big deal about losing billions to catastrophically break all his industry contacts, and how he still went to the top of the charts as an independent without a label. His breakdowns and Nazi posting are about alienating as many people as possible, because in some perverse way it would make him "free".

I think Kanye is also just very stupid and thinks he’s on the same level as Trump and Musk who both have routinely found themselves in media hyped controversies & legal drama but steamroll through them. Like I bet Kanye thinks his Nazi drama is no different than last month’s Elon Musk Roman Salute, he tweeted that several times.

I mean Trump is called racist, fascist, criminal more or less everyday and America voted for him again why can’t Kanye provoke and argue back? Clearly the game is rigged against our nigga here. Of all the things i expected to see in my lifetime, I did not expect to see Kanye West pay $7M to show his new teeth off at the superbowl, while only advertising a single white T-Shit with a swastika.
...However, I'd be lying if i said this wasn't some of the funniest shit I've seen in my life. I do feel a bit bad for Kanye during his manic episodes, but I'm really glad i got to be there to see the most expensive shitpost of all time.
