If I were to put my thinking cap on, I would say this song is a true act of subversive art. Ye is exposing how corporations and their pet media control black entertainment by releasing a black anthem called "Hail Hitler" and watching as the supposed peddlers of artistic expression take their masks off and reveal themselves as the money grubbing control freaks that (((they))) are, complete with not only banning the song from all social media platforms but even restricting access to the payment networks for people who want to buy it.
Truly avant gard. Far more performative then the Net and Yoo Hoo skit. Lands much better.
More importantly though, I think it speaks to how "Hitler" and "Nazi" have been transformed by overuse. Hitler isn't actually Hitler anymore. He's a Devil. The bogeyman lurking in the dark of the post world war 2 liberal order. The immortal enemy to the status quo. Nazis aren't Nazis anymore either. They are the followers of the bogeyman. Those opposed to the status quo.
That is how you can get a line like "Nigga Heil Hitler".
