Can't respond in the main thread, but I agreed with everything you said until the Kat stuff. She isn't my type, and sure the average male can aim higher (kind of a meaningless statement because aiming higher is pretty much always an option), but she's certainly fine for a regular dude. I'd be willing to bet she's about as attractive if not more attractive than the average KF user's girlfriend or wife.

Early and pre-Phil days, Catherine wasn't bad looking. Decent body, weird poorly symmetrical face with her huge mandible and especially with the stupid "I'm not like the other girls!" makeup, but she was alright and definitely fuckable.

The thing that takes her down is being with Phil. If she had never been on stream, and displayed her lack of a personality, the fact that the pigroach is her sugar daddy would still be enough to overwhelm her looks, even if they were better. Same would go with Leanna if she were still there and Kat didn't exist in the goutsphere. You simply can't be his fake wife and be considered attractive. Just doesn't work like that. He's that heinous, in every measurable way.

There's certainly some psychological element to it, if someone is dating Phil, most people are bound to find them less attractive. But, I think there's a legit physical component to it as well. Phil's sedentary lifestyle is infectious. Even outside of possibly ballooning in weight because of Doordash and other unhealthy meals, people who live hermit lifestyles just start presenting themselves poorly because they stop caring. Phil himself is an example of that, he rolls out of bed and waddles into his streaming room. Dude spends literally his whole entire day, and almost his entire week solely in his pajamas.
If Leanna didn't have her job, I think she'd have succumbed to Phil's lazy lifestyle and would look significantly worse. But, she had to go out regularly for work and actually act like an adult. It isn't just a clothing thing either, but an attitude. Leanna looks notably happier in the instagram pics. A constant criticism/source of humor with Khet's minimal stream appearance is how defeated and lifeless she looked. She's not winning any beauty contests, and given the possible weight gain I don't even think she could win a derby, but in a better environment and a vaguely encouraging husband, I think Khet could at least elevate herself to looking fairly average.

I think Phil and Kat are perfect for each other, they both have weird ass heads and odd facial features, they are both low IQ, and they both seem to be able to stomach each other. I wish them the best of luck and thank them for removing themselves from the gene pool.

It's really telling how much better she's doing now that she's away from Phil. Similarly, it's pretty entertaining seeing how Khet has fallen more into the hermit lifestyle. She wasn't exactly trying particularly hard before, but she was making an effort with streaming, and seemed to leave the house at least more than once a week. I'll even give her the benefit of the doubt and assume Phil wasn't lying when she said she was going to the gym way back when she first arrived. And she was at least making some effort to cook and clean. It was pretty bare minimum, but still, there was something.
Fast forward to the present. Doesn't stream, never seems to cook anymore, works part time hours, doesn't go to the gym or make any effort to clean. But the icing on the cake Phil tries to choke down on his birthday is it sounds like she doesn't even waddle out with Phil on his day off anymore. Over time, she might even manage to sink lower than Phil.

If we didn't have a million other things, this fact alone would be proof enough that Phil is straight-up knowingly lying about how great his life is. He feels awful and drinks his way through it. Probably going to be the death of him, too.
