I know Phil went the "Here's a broken guy for you to fix" route with Katherine, but I think that was inspired by legit pain he was in from losing Leanna. I doubt that he went into his relationship with Leanna with such an approach, because he doesn't seem to think of clever things on his own, life has to prompt him to do in a particular direction. He was drinking heavily between Leanna and Katherine, I don't doubt that, and I'll also wager that he never meant to be manipulative in mentioning it, just didn't care if he was. That seems to be a theme in his behavior, he does something slimy and then you find cause to assess that it's more instinctual than it is planned. Like he's genetically designed to play the victim or the tortured soul, and leave out the part were he has no intention of improving, instead of sitting down and thinking it through.

Am I the only one who doesn't care precisely when Phil started talking to Panda? Even if he never once spoke to her before she was 18 years and 1 day old, he still took an ignorant girl right out of high school away from her family to be his gout slave. That's bad enough.
Yeah, I never got this obsession people have with age as if a person magically becomes an adult once they are 18 years old. Regardless of whether grooming happened or not, Leanna was an 18 year old fan that Phil had no problem fucking (I mean, at least once, I guess?).
The fact that this happened during a time when Twitter's cancel culture wasn't a thing yet is just another instance of Phil getting lucky. Just some time ago, people wanted to cancel CallMeCarson for (I think) having sexual conversations with a 17 years old fan... When he was 19 years old. Phil's case was much worse, especially because he actually dated Leanna and was much older.
Leanna is probably the one person that has the power to permanently fuck Phil over and kick him off the internet. Phil should thank the Heavens every single day that she prefers to stay away from the vortex.

It's because it's Phil, a person with such an extensive history of deviousness that makes it VERY difficult to believe that he didn't deliberately target a minor to con into being his new mommy (which carries such disturbing implications that I don't want to get into). We would be saying much the same thing if she had been 20, that he's a gross person for what he did, and it wouldn't really be better, but there's no denying that it says things about Phil, the fact that his first girlfriend was 17 when he first started chatting her up. While he was 30 years-old.
That being said, it's at least somewhat a saving grace that Phil wasn't interested in fucking her, but in having her clean up after him forever, which is why I don't consider it "grooming" in the sense that term is typically used.

Even though he probably didn't have too much sex with her, it still damages a person's mind to have them think at a young age that all you are worth is cleaning and cooking. This could have bring her self-esteem down and made her think that she wasn't as attractive because Phil wouldn't want to fuck her. Panda clearly liked sex with her videos stating she was always horny and that she wasn't getting enough sex when with Phil.
So you have this 18 year old who probably had guys her age always going after her, she probably had sex in her teen years, but then your boyfriend just sees you as a house maid. This can do some psychological damage to a person. I am not saying any of this is true but I wouldn't be surprised Phil damaged Panda's self worth and self-esteem for years. The fact that Panda left a lot of her stuff at the condo showed that Panda wanted to leave there ASAP. Probably because Phil made her feel bad in so many ways that she rather leave hundreds of dollars worth of stuff just to escape that toxic vortex.
Regardless of her age, Phil manipulated and groomed Panda in way that probably psychologically scarred her for life which could take time for Panda to recover from. The thing is it seems Phil has a thing for young, impressionable, and damaged girls. Kat clearly has a backstory that is probably worse than Pandas, and Phil saw that as an opportunity to pounce on another girl that he can be easily molded to be another maid.

I don't know if he has a THING, or just happens to be such a shitbag that only someone in a compromised position is going to tolerate him. I don't know anything about Leanna's background, but I have seen the last footage of her on Phil's stream, and she seems a lot more angry that the pigroach is a pigroach than truly affected by being in his presence in any kind of long-lasting way.
I think it also says a lot that her post-exodus comments have been about his lack of libido than about how much money he cost her seeing a shrink. She went right for the jugular, which is more consistent with a normal person encountering Phil at his worst than with a victim of him.
Don't get me wrong, the pigroach is an abusive fuck, I just have a hard time picturing anyone feeling hurt by him because I'm so used to seeing everyone with the misfortune to enter his event horizon being confounded by his alien behavior at best, or disgusted by his bad traits at worst. If anyone should feel truly abused by him, it should be his paypigs.

I'd bet that Phil paid her a handsome amount to shut up forever, and she needed the money to dig herself out of debt. I don't buy what the white knights here believe that Leanna has grown up so much, blah blah... she'd be milking this for every drop of attention if it was in her best interest.
